AVOID - took payment and took down the wrong address over the phone. Would not reattend the property unless we paid again. Very rude. Feel like the do this often !

Do not go near this company

Do not go near this company. I had exactly the same experience as is described here. Ricky Honour took £144 via bank transfer, something you apparently should not do. No workman arrived and he has not returned my money. The matter is now with the authorities who are looking in to this dodgy 'company'. Steer well clear

Avoid!

From the previous reviews it looks like this is company going by slightly different variations of the same name. Property Maintenance 365 (or proimprove if going by email address) take a deposit of £144 which is apparently a call out fee/covers cost of 1st hour of work. They were meant to attend between 12 and 13. Called to chase up - they arrived an hour and a half later. We were told a quote would be received by the end of the day. Nothing received on that day or the subsequent 2 days. Attempts to call were unanswered. called again today and received a call back. Lots of hesistation when I asked what was going on. They said they would check again with the engineer. I asked for the company website address- which I tried whilst on the phone and did not work. When I said I said this the phone disconnected. I immediately rang back and 'Ricky' said he was trying the website and didn't understand why it was not working. I then said this appeared to be a scam which he denied. I said there were similiar reviews of the company on trust pilot reporting similiar issues to which there was no response. I said I would report to trading standards. I was again assured I woukd receive a quote today. At time of writing nothing has been received

Took deposit then ghosted us

Had a leaking radiator so had them come out and take a look at it. Was given a quote and paid a deposit for the fix and said they would get back to us on when they had availability. Never heard from them again. Spent the last month and a half trying to contact them via phone/email but they've ghosted us.

I've had to contact the bank to get them to reverse the transfer.

£144 and a month later my window is still broken

I contacted this company as I couldn't close my sash window. After paying the deposit, and after contacting the office and without notice, a tradesman came, took the broken part, told me no to open the window and left. He told me he will be in contact once the broken spiral arrived.
Nearly a month later, and after calling the company several times, my window is still broken.
I know time and expertise are expensive, but £144 just to close a window is a bit extreme.
Very disappointing.
Please, stay away from them.
