Great Service
Useful guidance on which products are recommended for the property of interest. Prices then shown immediately with no hidden extra charges. Reports were received quickly except for the local authority search, which having used this service twice recently I can say is purely down to a lack of resources at the local council departments, and is nothing to do with Property Searches Direct. Recommended, will use again no doubt.

Quick and reliable
I was in a hurry to get done by Identity check, and PSD was the best I could find on the net. It was quick, very helpful and supportive over a phone. Got my check done within minutes at a very reasonable price. Thank you, PSD.
