I get the one dollar charge, but i do not understand the extra charge of 9.95 on my credit card. This I did not authorize!

This is a scam. You authorize $1, never get a report and then they charge you every month 28.95. Avoid this at all costs.

Contained the info i was seeking, but also contained a lot of inaccurate or possibly fraudulent persons using this address?????

I was able to access report immediately. I received a text from Jeremy who wanted to ensure report had everything that I was needed. I explained that I needed one additional information that wasn't visible, and he submitted a request for it to be sent to me in 1-2 days. I also received an email from Andy that also wanted to make sure that I received information that I was needing from report. Great customer service guys! So far, I very pleased with services.

I am very satisfied with the efficiency of your representative, ANDY WRIGHT. He responded on time to all my questions and fixed with no hazzle a billing problem for a service I did not ask for. All your reps should pattern their customer service after his.

Note for the company: I just wish that the Property Records report could be condensed to save paper when printing. I found that many of the pages downloaded for copying had lots of blanks in particular pages and it took me a while to copy and paste to a word document, so I gave up.

I was able to obtain a copy of the permits related to the home, which I needed to show systems upgrades to the insurance company.

Well, I was impressed with most of it, except for the fact it was not up-to-date and there has been a business on the property since 1962, and it wasn't listed. Instead, a different business listing that wasn't even here. Also, the lot description was in good detail, but the image was not. Would like to see more detail in the lot picture.
