I have attended the 3 days workshop. I did come in with skepticism but equally don't have another good idea on starting my property investment journey. Was brought in by my bf who have done it previously and highly recommend it and guarantee that it'll be worth it. Researched the company before going, appeared to have legitimate reviews. Been to a networking event, at which some successful students were present from the same training my bf did. Which we're all encouraging.
On the day, Carolyn turn my skeptical mind to certainty that I wanna start property investing with them. Very approachable and genuine throughout. Lots of helpful overview and strategies to consider in accordance to my situation. Everyone in the team were helpful and available for any questions. The team all had very interesting backgrounds and experiences shared with along side fairly new students who are managing well in the current economy. Reassuring that the best time to start is now!

I started the course in December 2023. Already a landlord with 6 properties I was struggling to make them work. I was stuck in limbo thinking due to interest rates it just wasn't possible to purchase anymore properties and make monthly cashflow. How wrong was I !. I took the course and learned all the strategies ( and learned all my previous mistakes) which will give me a blueprint for life to repeat and repeat. My daughter is also in on the training which was included on the course and she is now looking to get started on her property journey. The sky is the limit now.! Well worth every penny in my eyes and I'm well known for being to tight with my money!!

It was a sweet and wonderful experience on a very educative and well structured property strategies and wealth creation workshop organised by PWS. Caroline and the team left no stone unturned to ensure we were positively impacted and came out more knowlegdeable about property investements and wealth creation. I never hesitated, straighway signed for one of the advanced full courses. Thanks guys for all you're doing. Intensive 3 days in Birmingham. Transparent, Knowledgeable and Inspirational. The good , the bad and the ugly in property investing was covered. I have no doubt that if my WHY is burning enough I will achieve my goal. Caroline and her team are awesome.

I have been on a lot of property workshops recently and this is easily the best. Caroline is fully of energy and knowledge, the three days flew past. I am so convinced that I have joined the full program. Honestly don't hesitate - its worth it

What a life changing 3 days. This workshop is nothing short of amazing with so much information about all the different ways of getting investing in property regardless of your financial situation. Highly recommend doing this programme if you want to change your life.

Yes ooo! I was part of the concluded 3 days real estate masterclass in Birmingham, indeed information is power. Caroline didn't hold back in dishing our those wealth of information that can transform a generation, standing and teaching for 9 and half hours daily, thank you for all you do. The team were great too. I happy to move forward with the prefessional stage.

To be perfectly honest I really went into the 3-day seminar with a heavy heart as a really did not want to go. However afterwards I enrolled on one of the master classes and I know that with the help of Caroline and her team I will go from strength to strength. It is quite clear they are a successful business and are now empowering others to have the same that they have. Kudos to you all I can't wait to be part of the team
