This was by far the best property investment course I have attended. It was from 17th to 19th March - 3 days of intensive sharing of information and strategies for succeeding in
the property business. The delivery, content and focus exceeded my expectations. These trainers and mentors have integrity and really want you to succeed. I had 2 lightbulb moments that has changed years of how I relate to debt. The pre-course preparation they send to you weeks in advance is important in preparing you mentally for the intense 3 days. The energy, conviction, experience and approachability of all the team, set them apart. They are helpful and patient with people's questions. I learned so much to help and encourage me going forward, that I'm now certain these are the people I want to develop and mentor me. The training was worth every penny of the cost of attending.

It was a very intensive but energetic 3 days training for me but I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was overwhelming for me as a beginner but felt supported by the team. I leaned a lot in that 3 days and have felt a bit more confident. The team they were very authentic a collective of experienced property investors. The whole training was uplifting and fun! From the minute we arrived we were met by each member of the team who were so welcoming and keen to know more about us. Best company to help learn how to build an excellent port folio in a different way. Fantastic 3 day introduction event to then sign up to more intense training.

A highly informative, full on 3 days. It touched on many different areas that you need to really get into property development. Sometimes, it seemed like it wasn't too difficult but they were very realistic in saying it wasn't easy. There were lots of insights that made you reflect on how much you didn't know, which made the course even more interesting. Lots of practical tips and advice. Excellent speakers, very engaging.

The 3 day starter was amazing and full of insight into how you can ignite your property journey, whatever your personal circumstances!
Going forward the online courses and mentorship weekly calls have been invaluable, it's a community of very knowledgeable and successful people that want to share and see you flourish!

The 3 day training course was such an amazing experience and gives a good insight to numerous strategies to pursue as a property investor. Caroline and her team had an incredible amount of energy and kept the whole room engaged for the entire 3 days. This is a course that I would encourage any potential property investor to attend.

I did the three day intensive twice, the first time online in 2021 and the second time face to face in 2022 (couldn't get enough!). Absolutely priceless information covered on the course and the delivery by James and Caroline is second to none. I then went on to do the field mentorship with Andrea, which helped me consolidate what I'd learnt and allowed me to confidently start my journey in the property world. We covered area selection, setting up a business, working with the broker, solicitor, accountant, sourcing agents, and how to engage with letting/ estate agents on viewings. I would recommend the 3 Day Intensive to anyone looking to start out in property, as a minimum, and would encourage anyone serious about property to enrol for the online modules and to eventually work towards a field mentorship. It won't be cheap but it will be worth it.

Amazingly well planned and executed course. We signed up to continue our learning and to start our journey. The support offered after the course has been fantastic, and there’s so much more to come.
