membership cancelled, yet they still take money

I cancelled 3 memberships in November and December 2024. Money continued to be withdrawn from my account. I called to find out that the person I was dealing with before never fully completed the cancellation. I am told that no refund can be given. Due to someone they hire, who should know what they are doing, didn't so it cost me $279.60. Such a scam.

They were actually a decent company…

They were actually a decent company when I dealt with them at first. Got me through a couple payouts and brought my account back from DD. Although they did hit EP a couple times they were always very clear about it. I got very suss when their trading slowed down a lot and they weren't replying to my emails. I couldn't log in to my account and everything went quiet very quick. I guess they were dodgy from the start and I just got lucky? Their website is no longer working. Not worth it

GAMBLING TRADING PROP MASTERS

I purchased a couple of HFT passing services and one Account Management module. They initially passed my challenges (3X). However, the problem arrived when I started using the Account Management module on one of the Accounts.
THEY BLEW THE ACCOUNT in 48H

How did they blow it?
Their 4.0 Crazy Gambler EA opened 24 lots of EURUSD on a 300k account before an NFP release. Can you believe that? That is so reckless
So after this happened, I notified support and all they have to say is: "well our algo didn`t do too well today with NFP".

In conclussion: their HFT service, like many others out there do work, but their Account Management module is totally useless: it is a dumb grid system that opens trades against trend, without properly stopping trading before news releases. It is basically a time bomb, that might work 1 week or so but sooner than later it blows like all dumb grid systems.

I strongly dont recommend this company`s products as they dont deliver what they promise. Their 4.0 Gamblers EA claims to deliver Equity Protection and a low DD: all I got was a big loss in 48h, losing my funded account and my money. Dont invest your money in dumb grid or martingale systems that allways blow up. They only thing that doesnt blow up is the bank account of this firm. They will say whatever you want to hear to get your money and if they lose, "oops, bad luck".

** UPDATE TO PFM REPLY
A professional company would take my feedback seriously and try to improve the product by implementing a news filter so this doesnt happen again to other customers. Instead all you can come up with is a prepackaged reply that does nothing.

Hi Jose,
Regrettably, during NFP week, trading can become highly volatile and behave unexpectedly, as is often the case in Forex trading. As stated in our website disclaimer, it's crucial to only invest funds you can afford to lose, as there are no guarantees in this endeavor.

PropFirmMasters pleasantly surprised…

PropFirmMasters pleasantly surprised me, especially since my idiot self has beern scammed by a ridiculous amount of companies. Lol, I was shocked when this stuff actually worked! All nonsense aside, this prop firm test passing service completely changed me and my family's life. I don't even know the names of the two owners, but, man, seriously, guys, thank you from my entire family, for real.

In an industry where a lot of people…

In an industry where a lot of people cheat there is still a glimmer of hope I am lucky to have met the people of PropFirmMasters who have proven since the beginning that their system works :) I passed with them Phase 1 and Phase 2 should be that easy too.

Thank you very much

They Crashed My Account

Hello. I am writing a further more comprehensive review of my experience for Prop Firm Masters as they have lied in there response to my previous review. I cannot see how to write a reply to them other than to write a second review. I have a few prop trading accounts. Some I trade myself and some I use bots. I have had my fingers burnt before so I make sure to ask all the questions before I start using a firm and I keep a copy of all the answers. I prefer not to write reviews - but they are not responding to me on emails or on discord. I have no choice.

On the 9th July I sent an email with quite a few questions. One of the questions was - :

"Different Prop Firm accounts have different rules - ie trading news, leaving trades open for weekend etc. Are you able to adjust settings based on each accounts rules?"

This was there reply -:

"Yes, we can adjust the settings based on each prop firm account's rules. PFM 3.0 Profit Flow is designed to be flexible and adaptable to different prop firm requirements. When setting up your account, we will gather information about the specific rules and adjust the settings accordingly to ensure compliance.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to ask."

This is important because I have an account with Nova. When I purchased PFM3.0 you clearly ask who the prop firm is on your setup page on the website (I have a screenshot of this). Therefore you would know that it was a Nova account. You must know Nova well as you recommend them for your HFT service on your discord channel.

The reason Nova have failed the account is because a trade was held over the weekend. The trade was taken 1 hour before market closed on Friday. This is clearly a fault in your system as you clearly told us that you check everything before you start trading.

On the 30th July 2023 at 22:20 I ask you on your chat feature. (I have a screenshot of the question and your answer with the date and time)

"Is PFM 3.0 Martingale"

You replied

"No. PFM 3.0 is not a martingale strategy, It utilizes a combination of various algorithms and trading techniques to deliver unique trades tailored to each user's prop firm or forex account. It is designed to help traders pass prop firm evaluations and manage funded accounts effectively"

In your reply to my original review you wrote

"Hello there we sent you emails and Dms on Discord many times informing you that Nova does not accept Marti trades but you did not reply once. PFM 3.0 is designed for brokers and prop firms that accept both EA trades and Martingale trades. It is clearly written in our FAQs as well."

First of all I have never asked you on e-mail or on discord as to whether PFM3.0 is Martingale. I only asked your bot.

Second please send me evidence of the multiple emails and DMs you have sent me on discord. I have taken a picture of my discord as of today and there are no DMs from you. Also if I have never asked you on discord or on email as to whether PFM3.0 is martingale why would you be sending me messages on email or discord saying that it is?

7th August we finally purchased PFM3.0 having been reassured by your answers that PFM3.0 is not Martingale and you will check every requirement of the prop trading firm we are using.

8th August Trades are taken. When I check later on that day I realise that the trades would fail the consistency rules on Nova. I open a ticket on discord (this is the first time I try to communicate with you on discord). I get automated responses and am told to email support. I email your support email telling you that I believe the consistency rule has been broken. Also saying that by adjusting future trades we can make sure that we can fix most of the damage. As of today - I do not have a reply to this email.

9th August - I try to open a support ticket and get told to email support.

Fri 11th August - At 8pm I check my account - no open trades. Just before 9pm - I check again - no open trades. I assume you have stopped trading and you know that trades cant be held on the weekend on Nova. On Monday when looking at the account again we see that a trade is taken in the last hour on Friday and was left open. This is the reason Nova cancelled the account.

You have 3 things wrong.

1) You held a trade over the weekend - after assuring me that you do a comprehensive check of the prop firms rules to make sure that trades are taken as per there rules - THIS IS THE REASON NOVA CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT. WE PAID $599 FOR THIS

2) The trades that were taken broke the consistency rules of Nova. Again you reassured us that you would take trades that were within the trading guidelines of the prop firm. This does not mean Nova close the account but you were not replying to my email.

3) The only time we asked you if PFM3.0 was martingale - you said it wasn't.

If you were a reputable firm you would refund your charges of $250 plus the cost of the Nova account which is $599

Reply from PFM - Prop Firm Masters

You must really have it out for us as this is your 2nd 1 star review. You talked to our automated bot which said PFM 3.0 is capable of trading your account. Yes it was, but clearly you did not see that PFM 3.0 uses martingale. Did you not read the rules of NOVA? Also PFM 3.0 can be used on any account but its up to you the trader to do your own research on which bot or copier works well with each program. We have hundreds of satisfied users. No, we will not refund you Nova account?? Huh? Why would we refund your Nova account , that makes no sense. We encourage you to do more due diligence on matters like this. What you should have done is used PFM 2.0 on Nova as its HFT. It would have passed within a week but regardless you ignore our Discord DM's.

Wonderful! They hooked me up with 4 different prop firms. Passed every phase. I wish if they can offer live trading services.

An update from previous review

An update from previous review, this company was and is fantastic!! Thought we might have trouble with phase 2 of STB but they adjusted lot size and was extremely honest and helpful, and the account on went up from there. I honestly cannot recommend them enough, cannot wait to continue working with them and I will be investing in their new profit flow 3.0 when it is released. Thanks again Prop firm master!!

It works!

It works! PFM 1.1 has been making steady profits on my FTMO demo account for the last week. They also passed my 10k challenge with STB in 4 days with the PFM Scalper 2.0. I have been talking to their support team about various things over the week and the admins have been very friendly and helpful. Looks like they are going to be very successful if they keep this up.

PFM 2.0

Update
PFM 2.0 Passed 1st phase in 3 days but breached phase 2.

PFM 2.0 passed my phase 1 challenge in 3 days. I just provided my phase 2.0 info and I'm confident it's a done deal. The company is professional and quickly responds to questions/concerns. If you're looking to have your challenge passed quickly definitely hit them up.
