I had a payout denied by a popular prop firm and after several emails, they didn't respond but propfirmmatch listened and escalated my issue. I'm hoping for a positive response from the said prop firm.

I’m leaving this review specifically about Propfirmmatch.com and its review moderation process.

I had a real case with blueberryfunded.com: I purchased a $50,000 instant account for $1,050, made $5,645.28 profit in 10 days, and after requesting my first payout, my account was blocked because of "botted" trading, without clear supporting evidence.

The payment was made inside the blueberryfunded.com dashboard via bvnk.com. At the time of payment, no PDF receipt/invoice was provided in the dashboard, by email, or in any other form.

When Propfirmmatch requested a Travel Rule PDF, I contacted bvnk.com and was told that this document must be provided by the merchant (blueberryfunded.com).
blueberryfunded.com did not provide that document.

At the same time, I provided Propfirmmatch with all available evidence:
- transaction confirmation (amount, time, payment details),
- screenshots and correspondence with blueberryfunded.com,
- supporting communication regarding document requests.

Despite this, my review was not published.

In my opinion, this approach is not transparent for users: when there is clear evidence of a real transaction and communication history, a review is still rejected because of a single document that the user cannot realistically obtain from the party that blocked them.

They keep to their promises.
Their customer service is very professional and quick to respond to client's issues. Honestly my experience with them has been nothing of the best. One of their customer service agent, Angel, has been particularly helpful and apt.
I highly recommend them.

If there's anyone entering the prop trading industry who isn't familiar with Propfirm Match, I genuinely feel sorry for them. I purchased an account from FundingPips, and Propfirm Match helped me save 20%. Additionally, I received an honest review from them. They continuously update their list of trusted firms, removing those that are no longer reliable. This is an excellent platform for traders—probably the best one available right now

Been using PFM for a while now i can guarantee you it’s a great website where you can use to find a firm that suits your trading style.

I was able to accumulate some points to use and purchase a new account for free.
