This company falsely advertises products and does not provide refunds.

I ordered a Jasmine potted plant for about $26. A month later, I received seeds. I contacted them and was told that the most they could refund is $8 for dissatisfaction.

I told them it wasn't dissatisfaction but false advertising. They would not do anything else.

Please do not buy from this company!!

By the way, their return address is in China but the address it shipped from was Ireland. I'm so bummed by all of this.

Its a scam, They advertise plants/shrubs/trees on their website and then claim to send it from Italy or Sweden or someplace in eurpoe. While in reality they are shipping from china. Don't buy from them. I ordered a jasmine tree and got bunch of seeds after 3 weeks and shipped from china. Their tracking website is also a scam.

I ordered the Jasmine plants. After a couple of hours I tried to cancel and was told I could not. Five days later I was notified of a shipping tag made located in Sweden. In the back of my mind I knew I was scammed. Every week for a month I got updates until they said it was delivered. I have not received anything. The tracking number they supplied me was not valid. I have requestef a valid USPS tracking number but have not received it. I have asked for a refund but they are avoiding answering that.

It looks like any green plant it’s not jasmine when I tried to get my money back they ask for package and everything they send how I will return after I use it and I looked for their account on instagram I can’t find them they are scammers don’t buy anything from them 👎🏻

I ordered a Jasmine Potted Plant from ProphetP.com and never received the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no delivery, no refund, and no proper customer support. This seems like a fraudulent website targeting plant lovers with fake product listings and fake shipping notifications.

Please do not trust this website or make any purchases. I regret not checking reviews earlier. I am now reporting them to the proper consumer forums.
