excellent edition to any lettings business

Propoly takes all of the hassle out of the lettings administration. From initial application to moving in the propoly platform takes care of it all. It is especially handy when you need to give busy landlord and tenant complex figures in an instant!

The Propoly software is such a breeze to use and offers a huge saving on tenancy processing times but for me the customer service is just so good. Carl is always on hand if you have an issue and nothing is ever to much trouble.

Would highly recommend this company and team.

Since the first enquiry of asking for a demo of how to use propoly the whole process has been so smooth, Anthony in particular has been great and very helpful. The Platform itself is excellent and offers an easy process of everything that is needed to remove the admin side. Highly Recommended.

I am a broker at Agent & Homes which is a platform for property professionals to use under the self-employed model. I was doing all my own paperwork which was becoming a bit of a bore. I read about Propoly and immediately called them. Carl Thomas came to give us a demo and we hired them the very same day. I was so impressed with the system that was so intuitive you could argue that the training was barely needed. The system works beautifully, not clunky as you would expect for something so new and it flows beautifully. Carl, our guy in Propoly, is always on hand in an instant should I have any questions. I am sure that any outfit with half a brain will use this as soon as they know about it! It is slick!
