Dealt with Brad west who just totally fobbed me off no responses back nothing after dealing with him for a bit. A very rude man.

Hayley and Brad dealt with my application up to the completion stage and were both extremely professional, kept me informed every step of the way (zero chasing required) and went over above. Would definitely use Propp again based on their customer service.

Matt was extremely helpful, found a good mortgage offer and answered every question I kept sending him very promptly.

What can I say other than amazing! I desperately needed to reorganise my finances and despit good credit and large equity struggled to secure a reasonable deal! I was referred to Propp and they weee able to help with exactly what I needed at a great rate. The transaction was held up by ex partners solicitors for nearly two months but Jordan supported me through the whole process and went above and beyond. Will definitely be using again when needed.

There's a reason they are cheap. Left me in the lurch through lack of communication and false promises. Avoid.
