We love working with Propra

We love working with Propra. As a small property management company based in Ontario, Canada, Propra has been a dream to use and work alongside with. We originally chose Propra as our new management software, not only for their robust program but also due to their outstanding customer service and that they are Canadian based. Having a Canadian Property Management Software that works as Propra works has been a blessing. The accounting suit of the program is easy and straightforward to use. The property management suit and apps are beautifully designed and thoughtful, and help easily manage the nuances of running a successful rental business in today's market. Our tenants appreciate the Tenant's Portal and how easy it is to navigate and locate information. Our maintenance team enjoys the look and feel of the Operator's app as well as how easy it is to keep on top of outstanding work orders. We recommend giving them a call.

Sets a New Standard Over the Competition

I have a lot of experience with platforms that serve the property and condominium management space (Yardi Breeze, Max Condo Club, Condo Control, Condo Communities) and now Propra.

When I left my last company to start my own I had the opportunity to stick with something familiar and instead did my own research. I hadn't heard of Propra until a colleague from the industry told me to check them out. Boy am I glad I did!

I'll be honest the greatest challenge I faced was accounting (not communication or operational tasks) and since Propra started with the essential piece - the accounting and then built around that it is so much more robust than a 3rd party integration is to the other competitors.

I've been with Propra for three multi-family complexes so far and my biggest concern wasn't just software but getting support. I was with Yardi Breeze and decided to toast the software (despite having bought a full year subscription) because I wanted to have a supportive developer.

That has always been my experience - not just support understanding the software but also guidance on how to shape my practices and procedures - something other companies both lack the expertise and willingness to do.
