I had two problems in my flat: a cracked floor and a broken boiler. They promptly removed the old floor and installed a new one; they also fixed the boiler. Highly recommended

Friendly, efficient, honest, professional, punctual.

We received a property that wasn’t cleaned in any way, but the inventory check claimed it was “professionally cleaned”. I’m not putting a 1 only because we did manage to convince the agent to note down the blatant dust and animal hair left around the property, but the end review still says “professionally cleaned” and we have photos to prove that it clearly wasn’t.

Annual under-contract boiler service efficiently carried out by Daniel. Reminder of appointment time texted to me the day before, and kept to. Daniel also spotted that the flush on the toilet wasn't working properly, and arranged to order spare part and come back and fix it (also all under contract) the following week. Paperwork in both cases e-mailed to me within an hour of his departure. Wish there were more businesses like this!

Yearly boiler service. I have used this company for years and never had a problem, friendly, punctual and do not try to up or oversell. Daniel came out today and did a great job as usual.

Rob from propriety fixed our problem (even though it was more difficult than it initially seemed). Very friendly and professional.

Whole bathroom renovation was carried out superbly. Rob did an outstanding job with all the tiling and plumbing! Dean looked after me very well, helping with my choices, quick and accurate quotes, provided a schedule for the whole project broken down by days, keeping the project on track and checking over each stage of the project to make sure all the different works people were on the same page. Every person they sent to carry out work was friendly, qualified and trustworthy. A couple companies refused work because I was in a flat with no lift in the city centre but ProProperty had no issue.

ProProperty were super professional, delivered high quality work at a really reasonable price and really care about their customers. The initial discussion was detailed, the plans were comprehensive and clearly met the brief, the quote was accurate, the job was well managed and the communication and transparency were great. The Dean was really communicative about progress, any issues or options were raised for discussion and the team were really proactive in sharing ideas for improving the final results and solutions to any challenges encountered. Proproperty were committed to staying within the original quote, which was really helpful. Overall, I was delighted with the final results. I found Proproperty to be really reliable, trustworthy and fantastic value for money. It's clear that Dean and the team take their work seriously and really care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

The whole team have been excellent throughout and I'm delighted with the final result. Dean and Dan had some great advice at the start to help me finalise the design. I was provided with a day by day break down of the work which was a big help. Even though my old house threw in a couple of curve balls along the way these issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the job was finished on time. No hesitation in recommending pro property and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Pro Property completed a full cellar conversion changing our damp and dismal coal cellar into a dry usable space. Pro Property managed the whole project and all the workers that came to do their bits were informative, friendly and ensured that any issues were managed well to leave us with an amazing room that means we can now make use of our whole home!

Excellent service. Arrived at time slot arranged. Serviced the gas boiler which is done every year on the gold plan - been a customer for 14 years. Also fitted 2 new light fittings. Work was done very efficiently as always. Very reasonable quote for fitting the lights. This is a company you can really trust and rely upon.

Chad fitted a new bathroom for me.
He did a really great good quickly and neatly and took a lot of trouble to clear up each day which means a lot. His standard of work was brilliant and having a friendly person around makes a big difference. Thank you Chad!

We're delighted with the work carried out by ProProperty in renovating our kitchen and dining room. This is the second job we've asked ProProperty to undertake and I would certainly be happy to recommend them to others. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything looks much better than we could have anticipated. All the staff - employees, subcontractors, the guys who came to the house and the ladies who work in the office - were professional, helpful and very patient when issues arose; everyone was a real pleasure to deal with. I would give a special mention to LUKE who was able to fix an outstanding problem that had stumped others!!
