Exceptionally helpful team and support! The new model is a game changer!

Brian at PropShop Trader has been extremely helpful and has provided me with exceptional support and customer service. He is the best!

I really like what PropShopTrader offers but it does have it's challenges given that it uses TickBlaze as the trading platform. However, one thing that does stand out is the customer support when you experience issues. Recently Steven has helped me greatly in sorting things with Tickblaze operation on my accounts which I am very grateful and does make me want to trade more with PropShopTrader in the future,

Thanks Steven! You helped me straighten out my account by correcting the errors. Due to travelling, i wasnt able to communicate in an effective manner, but u made sure that did not impact my account.

I have used several prop trading firms. By far, Prop Shop Trader has be best, most responsive and most helpful support staff. Recently, STEVEN helped clear some hedging flags and provided some assistance to questions I asked to prevent these flags from being set in the future. We had several back and forth emails and his responses were really quick and thorough. Best support staff in the prop trader business.

Steven alerted me to an issue, that I wasn't aware of. While we are working to correct the issue, Steven always responded immediately, this really getting the issue resolved. Shout out to Steven!

I want to give a huge "Thank You" to Brian and Militsa for all of their follow-up and determination to resolve a technical issue with the communication between my trading software and Propshop Trader. I was unable to place trades even though my accounts were in active status with no rule breaches. The inability to place trades happened in the ladder part of the week and it was important to me (along with Brian and Militsa) that the issue get resolved before Monday New York session open. Brian and Milista worked tirelessly throughout the weekend and kept me in constant communication as to the progress of fixing the issue. Happy to say the issue was fixed and trading commenced right in line with the open. THANK YOU!
