Had Concerns, But OANDA Responded Responsibly
At first, my account was terminated because of the “one account per user” rule. This rule was written in a PDF document rather than placed in the Help Center or main guideline pages. For someone like me, whose English is not very strong and who relies heavily on translation, the process was not very friendly, and I ended up missing this important detail.
After I raised my concerns, OANDA Prop Trader did reach out to me and provided assistance, which showed me that they are willing to respond to users’ issues.
Overall, I still believe the way rules are presented could be improved, but at least the company showed a willingness to listen and respond. I strongly recommend that all traders, no matter which prop firm they join, carefully read every rule and document beforehand to avoid losing qualification due to overlooked details.

I stuck on Phase 2 because they limited…
I stuck on Phase 2 because they limited the maximum profit 2% daily, like come on ? Phase 1 no limit but then phase 2 only 2% ? How come you give a max drawdown daily 5% but max profit daily 2%. What kind of bs is that ? You ask trader for risk management but give us only max earning profit 2% daily lower than what we can risk. If not because of that kind of bs rules, I already passed 2 phase with only 2 trade with high R:R, they close automaticly my running profit on a reason hit max daily gain where the trade position can actually run and hit phase 2 total target. Please revise the daily profit again, or else many any other prop firm trader will look for another companies.

The rules during the assessment phases are designed to foster stable profits while managing risks. By avoiding unnecessary risks, you maintain steady growth, leading to a more stable trading journey.
The max daily profit limit is implemented for this reason. Once an account reaches the max profit during a particular day, all positions will be closed and profit and loss carried from all open positions will be realized on the account. Trading on the account will be disabled until the next day. Currently our max daily profit is 5% at Phase 1 and 2% at Phase 2 of the Challenge.
You can check the max daily profit level from the dashboard.
Traders are encouraged to carefully review the challenge rules that can be located on our website in the FAQs and on your account dashboard.

I got my funded account $5000 (pending) after passed the classic challenge.
I am still waiting to verification process on OGM.
I will update the star after my funded account was approve and active.

- OGM change my email address so its same with Propfirm --> it is GOOD
- It take long time (4 days) for verification process at OGM because my ID document not approved just because I use old phone that make my photo not clear --> It is BAD because another broker approve my ID verification within 1 day only.
