Stay away from this company!
Do not use ProPublicationHub if you need help formatting your manuscript. They claim that they will take care of your needs, but their team is very incompetent. I needed help formatting my manuscript, and my main requirement was for them to format my references throughout the document by following the journal's guidelines. After they sent me their work, it was clear that they did not follow the guidelines at all. After that I even sent them a sample manuscript from the journal + clarified what needed to be done so that they can see how it should be done, they never got it done right anyway. They never read the instructions carefully (they probably did not even understand the instructions) and never did the work right.
After I emailed them to ask for a 50% refund (which is totally generous from my side given that they never finished the work), they claimed that I was satisfied with their work and there is no reason for them to give me a refund.
Their business philosophy: we spent hours to work on your manuscript, we do not know how to get this done right but since we tried you have to pay full price anyway.
This was a lesson for me. Now that I found reputable companies to work with, I will be more careful and stay away from unprofessional and incompetent companies such as ProPublication Hub. In other words, this was totally a SCAM.
