I got a link to UPs shipping tracker 8 DAYS ago. Email said “it has shipped”. The UPS tracker said label is created but not yet with UPS.
It STILL says that, 8 days later No other communications.
Concerned and disappointed to say the least

I have a full academy Truestrike setup, recently ordered the replacement turf. Both were quick and easy from Pro putt. I had a shipping issue with the academy and the PP team responded same day to my email.

Customer service is non-existent on the weekends when most people would be putting it together. Also, I received no instructions. I watched their video and some written from their website and it was scant and inaccurate! It is not an hour install. The panels do not just slip together. You have to shove and bang them together which is quite labor intensive! They do not warn you to make sure the panels with ball holes should have the holes in certain quadrants. I went to put the green down and the holes did not match up! I had to take it all apart and start all over! Two full afternoons and still one hole in the green is off center enough so that the ball won't roll in easily. I asked for help and basically got, "well you didn't put it together correctly then". Horrible customer service for what is supposed to be a superior product. I am not happy and they don't seem to care.

This is really nice practice tool. Can put different breaks in and is pretty realistic. Some putts will roll over side walls but all in all I’m very happy with purchase. Certainly not cheap but practicing 5 to 10 footers is well worth it.

We love our ProPutt putting green and chipping mat. We enjoyed a quick response to our questions and quick solution. A high quality product.
