Accurate customer service to help repair a Hurricane IAN Pro Putt system. The entire system survived a Cat 5 storm in SW Fla. Pro Putt gave me the one support piece that as not able to be located.

My husband prematurely gave this putting system rave reviews. We got the Ultimate putting trainer. Initially it seemed great: Sturdy, nice look. After a few days, I just felt like the putting ‘green’ feels more like a chipping or hitting mat, it feels too spongy/springy and indents stay where you stand or where a few balls might sit for a bit. The ball just doesn’t have a nice roll to it. Not sure..maybe we can purchase a different turf to go on top of the panels which we really like. I don’t know how ppl are saying the putts roll true?? It’s been almost a year now and we’ve not been happy with it but i’m sure nothing can be done as it’s been some time. Its just okay to be honest.

The hitting mat is too small for hitting a driver. There was no indication on the website that this would be the case. Called company several times and no return call yet. That aside, all the members do like the " true strike " hitting zone. True feel - all I need to get is an additional piece to make hitting mat bigger.

It turns out that YOU CAN hit with a driver, just need to utilize the rubber Tee Holes provided. My mistake, and as already noted, the mat does feel like a fairway hit for the irons.

Great to work with and very responsive. We are using the product outside and it works great!

The post sales service was AWESOME! My TrueStrike mat had some minor damages due to shipping, and they immediately sent out replacements with prepaid return labels for the damaged ones. I value the peace of mind from this experience and will definitely purchase again.

Absolutely love my new Pro Putt Trainer XL. Product was easy to assemble and rolls true. Delivery was delayed slightly but pro putt team communicated ahead of delay so I was not surprised by the change of date. I have already spent hours on it and my two young boys have as well.
