Extremely bad service. Never again!
Extremely bad service, if we call it so. All promises to deliver good leads have been disattended. All provided leads are fake, old and not motivated sellers at all. The salespage promises:
"You get 200 “ready to go” motivated seller leads per month, that have already been called (and prequalified) for you. These leads want to sell their house (now) and are waiting for you to make a cash offer!"
"Skip the cold calling. Get the leads instead. With WCL, we do the cold calling, so you don’t have to. Our team calls thousands of leads, uses a proven script to identify “warm” leads, and hands them to you on a silver platter."
"Unlike other lead providers, WCL leads are exclusive to you. They are not shared with anyone else, making it easy to get more deals under contract (faster), and relieving the pressure of competition."
The reality:
Leads are old and probably oversold to several people. Houses are already sold for months or weeks and nobody called the sellers few days before. Several numbers are disconnected or people do not want to sell the property at all.
Sent an email and asked for a refund as all claims are false, refund denied. I had to raise the dispute to the bank and they appeal the refund request.
NEVER AGAIN. I should have checked the reviews score before so I would have discovered how bad this company is.
I chose 1 star because ZERO is not available.
