101% fake they registered as a pvt ltd company and taking advantage of new entrepreneur who searching for funds.
Very clean method they use saying we not charge anything untill ypu get fund and after 7 days they tell we have one investor for you asking for such reports that they omly provide and they ask 10k for this after paying this they not received your call not even respond.. All reviews are fake no one get funds from them..

I was really struggling to arrange funding, but with their help I got connected to the right people. Yes, it took some time but the end result was worth it.

There guys appear to be frauds. They assigned a relationship manager with the name Naman Choudhury and to get funding, he said that I need a valuation report. He asked to send money to PROR bank account and later provided a cut copy pasted and delayed report. When I inquired about the investor, he said that the VC company has shut down. His behaviour is very unprofessional and when escalated, no one responded or updated on actions taken. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are preying upon startup founders who are looking for capital

We are highly dissatisfied with the unethical and unprofessional behavior we have experienced. We made the full payment for our company valuation report on 12th June 2025, but to date, we have not received the report, despite numerous follow-ups.

This experience is starting to feel like a scam. Your team has been completely unresponsive to our calls and messages. We have been trying to reach you at 99586 23736, but no one has answered or returned our communication. This lack of transparency and accountability raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of your services.

If this is not a scam, we urge you to prove otherwise by immediately providing the pending valuation report. If any documents or clarifications are needed from our end, inform us right away.

We demand an urgent response and a complete resolution. Failing to address this issue will leave us no choice but to report this as a fraudulent business practice to the appropriate authorities and online platforms.

They are just scamming startups with fake investor meetings and then asking for 11000 for valuation report and after making the payment they will say to wait and then after 2 months they will send an email stating that the investor has kept your investment on hold due to risk but before the payment they will say your startup is selected and you will get funds
This is a very big scam they are running to scam startups

Stealing from a startup isn’t just theft — it’s a deliberate act of killing creativity, destroying livelihoods, and robbing society of progress.

Whatever is mentioned in the other reviews is absolutely true. Luckily we researched about them before we made any payments. The biggest red flag was that they did not have any registration or website details of their so called merchant banker.

And team Pror do share the details of your so called investor Ajay Sharma and your investment banker Priya Verma so as to extinguish the concerns that everyone has highlighted.

and for all startups - Always verify the issuing firm’s SEBI registration before paying or proceeding.

Great experience, these fake reviews fraudsters are just demising their reputation, I think they are fake reviews and propaganda holders

Thankyou for all the reviews giys, you have saved me my money..this is the exact thing happening with me, they are rushing me to get a valuation report from some CFA student Priya Verma whose profile looks completely fake, but at the same time not willing to accept valuation report from any CA or CFA which is shady af. Reading the reviews here i totally understood the business .odel of this company
