Quick, friendly, efficient - very helpful - great service.

Great basic execution, job planned and done very efficiently with friendly and helpful staff. Everything turned up when it should have done, and site left in good shape with neighbours happy. Remedial work to garden could have been better, with heavy clay soil brought in for re-sowing lawn - still trying to get grass to grow there properly after a year. Had to chase for final planning permission documents. Handover could have been better - was just given the technical manual. Details of service contract not explained. Nor was need to get system emptied periodically. System works well though, and is good solution to old septic tank. Happy to recommend this company for similar works as they do know what they are doing.

Each stage of our job was dealt with by a; polite, friendly, accommodating, efficient and tidy workforce.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I have any other problem with our Septic system.

Very professional workforce. They seem to have done a good job, but like surgery, it's hard to tell from the surface what has gone on underneath and only use will tell.

Installation professional , some lack of liaison between different departments. As there were four properties using the new tank , we were sadly missing out on a meeting post installation i.e. How does it compare to original tank , why does it need power to assist function. Any advice on maintainance. A bit of Professional PR would have been much appreciated.

The whole procedure from beginning to end was first class. They installed a new soakaway and left the garden as it was. Very informative. Would have no problem in recommending this company.
