I bought 2024 Quickbook Pro from them…

I bought 2024 Quickbook Pro from them and they sold me someone elses' product number and key. I noticed this because when I downloaded this to my computer it stated that there were 2 seats in ownership, when I tried to click on ownership it said I am not authorized to do so. If I am the 1 and only owner, then why am I not authorized to access? This company is a SCAM , they are trying to steal your business financials and take from you and your company. Buyer beware!! Horrible company!!

I purchased Quickbooks Pro Desktop 2024

I purchased Quickbooks Pro Desktop 2024 at around 8 pm central time. They are in Tampa, FL so it was around 9pm their time. Once my order was completed I received emails regarding my order. I clicked on the link and it took me to a webpage confirming my order, then it went to another page that had a website error. I emailed them about the error and within less than 10 minutes they emailed me the download link and the license code for the software. I installed it and it worked. I gave them 4 stars rather than 5 because of the website glitch. This gave me stress because I was concerned about being scammed. But they came through so I am happy with my purchase and their timely response.
