Typically, I don't write reviews, but my fantastic experience with ProSkips prompted me to share. I had numerous questions before and during my rental, and the staff impressed me with their patience and superb customer service. Interactions with all three team members I spoke to were exceptional. The drivers demonstrated great expertise by skillfully maneuvering through a narrow space to access the property, showcasing impressive professionalism. The entire team made me feel comfortable with their polite, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Good advice, reliable service.

The skip arrived when promised and was cleared away promptly when required.
I would definitely use Proskips the next time we need one.

Never use again
Never use again , wait and load told a time to fill then i got told a different waiting once the job was complered obviously got charged and just took the money direct out of my account.
My business is going elsewhere.

I am genuinely sorry you feel that this wasn't made clear. We as a company offer a 2-hour time windows which we always aim to arrive in. You are then given 30 minutes to load the skip. This is standard Skip industry practice as we all to schedule each driver throughout a day. We offer additional time if booked in advance at a per hour rate. For any lack of clarity we apologise but hope in the future when you see that all companies do the same thing we can work together again. If not we wish you all the best. Paul & The Proskips Team

The wait and load service is so easy to arrange and is a very smooth process especially when you live on a busy street with parked cars. Staff really helpful both on the phone and in person on the day. Would recommend.

Amazing experience!
I don't often leave reviews, but my experience with ProSkips was so good, that I felt compelled to. I had a lot of queries both before and during my hire, and the staff were so patient with me, and this excellent customer service was shown to me by all three staff members I spoke to. Both drivers on collection and delivery were highly skilled to navigate a very tight squeeze to access the land, and went above and beyond to manage this with professionalism. All staff members put me at ease and were polite, warm, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!
