We placed an online order on 5th January and the order has not been delivered. There is no answer to emails, phone or live chat so we wonder if the company have ceased trading. Our bank will raise a dispute for us. We are posting this to protect others as the website looks fully operational and this could catch others out!
Order placed, order confirmed, order did not arrive, had to chase after a week and was told you couldn't give me a delivery date, at no point did anyone contact me to advise there was an issue. 3 emails sent and no reply received. Order cancelled and placed elsewhere.
I purchased a play frame from the website. I received an order confirmation and the money was taken from my account. The following day I received a missed call and an email telling me that the price I paid was incorrect and that they wanted several hundred pounds extra from me. The advertised price is what I should have paid and not another price. I argued this with the company and after several emails they then inform me that they think the item is probably out of stock anyway. Very convenient for them. I will never deal with this company again.

The timings wearn't the issue it was the quality that let you down. The last order of paper & card, almost every box & packet was damadged in some way leaving the chance of the contents in a poor state and maybe damp , which is no good for the printer running up extra costs of wasted paper and machine jams
I bought a product, was able to order and pay, only to be told its discontinued.
Why was it live on your site??
Poor service!
Delivery address - Despite the paperwork saying Unit 2 Broad Ground Road, it has all been delivered to Unit 4, meaning that someone has to take the time to move it. Apart from that, cannot fault the service.
Website showed item in stock however got an email days later to say out of stock and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. Website should be up to date!

Update.
ProSource have reached out to us, their customer service has been wonderful. My review is simply to warn others to check the postage costs as they have changed, and if like us you are invoiced after items are delivered and do not go through the payment process, it is easy to miss. We shall aim to bulk out orders in the future to account for the increase and also the fuel costs to help all parties.

Disappointed with the considerable increase in minimum order amount. I feel a £15 minimum order increase should have been notified to customers as it is easy to miss when your account is set up and you're simply reordering. I do understand the reasonings, but £8.50 postage for stamps and an ink cartridge is a lot to pay when last month this was free.

we placed an order on the 5th October 2022 and paid for this however the following day the 6th October 2022 we were sent a message to say delivery would be a month, we have contacted the company twice to refund our money as this was unacceptable as we needed the goods quickly. We have now been waiting 6 days still no refund or any update from Prosource this is just unacceptable.
