Buyer Beware

I placed an order on 12/2/25 and attempted to cancel it by calling ProSourceFit and using the “Contact Us” feature on their website. The phone number directed me to a full voicemail box, and my online outreach received no response. I also sent emails requesting cancellation and to stop delivery, but received no reply. Ultimately, I refused delivery and have proof that the item was not received via FedEx tracking. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, ProSourceFit has been completely unresponsive and has not issued a refund.

I purchased a roller from ProsourceFit…

I purchased a roller from ProsourceFit and it arrived damaged. After many attempts to contact the seller i received a return lable and shipped the roller back. They received id on October 15, over 3 weeks ago but have not refunded me yet. I requested an update on the refund 4 times via email but they never replayed. I also tried to contact them by phone and they don't answer and their mailbox is full. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are dishonest. 12/7/25....Update, eventually they refunded my money but it was a horrible process. Still I would not buy anything from them!
