Buyer Beware
I placed an order on 12/2/25 and attempted to cancel it by calling ProSourceFit and using the “Contact Us” feature on their website. The phone number directed me to a full voicemail box, and my online outreach received no response. I also sent emails requesting cancellation and to stop delivery, but received no reply. Ultimately, I refused delivery and have proof that the item was not received via FedEx tracking. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, ProSourceFit has been completely unresponsive and has not issued a refund.
