Total BS. I never signed up for a subscription. Another "hidden subscription scam". I never put money in took anything out and never used the app AT ALL. I canceled the subscription once and they kept billing me. I just looked at me checking acct and there it is again. I asked for my money for this current billing and they will not refund it. Total BS

At no time did i sign up for this although three charges have been charged to me. When disputing this with Prosperi i just get told to look at their terms which you can imagine are 100% directed to not refunding your money. Stay away

Started a trial period. Never used it. Forgot I even had it until I saw the transaction on my credit card. I admit this is my own fault. Asked to cancel and to receive a refund on the same day as my card was charged. They could see I never used their service once. I was assured there would be no more charges and told no refund but to enjoy the service until my subscription ended. Money grabbers. Be wary....

I am very disappointed with them I have requested cancellation of this since last year and they keep charging me even though I am not using it, I have asked for my refund and have had no response the website does not work it is always down I advise everyone not to buy this it is completely frustrating

I had no idea I was paying for this. It is a total scam. They said they would call me to discuss it. You guessed it no call. I have no idea how long they have been taking €50 from my account. Don't trust this company.

The company website can no longer be reached by any browser, stating it contains malicious code. On the app store, the app can no longer be found to download. No way to cancel the service because they can't be reached, yet they still charged me $79 yesterday for a subscription I can no longer access.

Update:
I emailed them and received a prompt response. No refund but other thoughts on how to access the account (which haven't worked). They did cancel my subscription.

BTW, the content was pretty good. I enjoyed it when I was able to access it.

The website and app just completely vanished. This MUST be a scam! I just came in to check my stats and there is no information on the website nor app anymore - WOW 🤯

This company is a complete scam!!! They have been charging my account 45.00 for 9 months after I canceled my subscription. I had to cancel my CC to stop it and there is NO WAY of contacting them. BEWARE! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I will not stop until I get everything single penny they have STOLEN from me back!!!
