Today is March 30th, 2026, and I have been involved with the PHG Hub / Sparky AI system (Prosperity Highway Global) since February 2025. I purchased the Diamond Package in March 2025 for $27,000. The system has failed to deliver on its stated promises and expected results.

After over a year in the program, the results have been extremely disappointing:
• $0 earned from the system
• 0 conversions
• 6,062 leads generated with no monetization
• No leads at all since October 30, 2025
• Missed expected lead volume (500/month for November 2025, December 2025, January 2026, February 2026, and March 2026)
• The only $162.50 shown in my account came from my own efforts, not the system, and cannot be withdrawn due to the $200 minimum payout threshold, resulting in $0 realized income

Despite consistent participation and giving the system more than enough time, there has been no demonstrated ability to generate income or convert leads.

Communication has also been a major issue:

I have contacted both owners, Steven Schwartz and Ken Bolinder, multiple times with no response. I also contacted other staff at the company, but they did not provide any assistance.

• I contacted Ken Bolinder 6 times since October 1, 2025 with no response

At this point, I have formally requested a full refund due to the complete lack of results and support, but have not received a response.

I am sharing this review to provide an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision before investing.

The idea is to buy adpacks and you will get lots of leads, hundreds a month. Not only that, they (PHG) say they have a call center where a real live person will contact your leads and get them to sign up. None of this has happened. I note that the people who are happy and are making money are those who have a following and a built-in base. My experience is that after months of being a member and purchasing adpacks, I have received nothing in return. I doubt anything will happen anytime soon, if ever.

I don't know why anybody wouldn't use this amazing platform that helps them earn extra money. I have earned way more than I spent on this system and it's only been 9 1/2 months. I recommend this as an investment and they come up with new ways to make your business grow almost every month. It's the best thong since sliced bread!
TrustPilot has some information that isn't accurate. They are not in Uruguay, They are in Salt Lake City, U.S.A.

They sell ad packs with "assurance" and timeline. Except they don't fulfill. 64 downline member in "approx" 2 months is what they claim for the smallest $300 pack alone. After 2 and a half months you don't even get 1 Free member enrolled never mind Paid member. The owners make all of the money as they keep bringing external companies onboard for all of the members to join and pay the monthly fees. The theory is what the people fall for when joining except you receive NO members at all. And the people who earned commissions are unable to cash it out as the company controls it. I have black and white proof of all of this with screenshots that includes the computer's date and time.

Phghub. ai. Is an amazing Company. Sparky is the most developed and sophisticated ai intellegence system l. Customer service These guys bend over backwards to help struggling businesses .and affiliates to make money on line. It also offers a 1st class Customer Service. Team. It’s the first in its kind where you can reach and talk to a human. It provides excellent 1:1 services as well as call center training.

Wish I could give zero stars. Total scam. Unhelpful. Rude. Aggressive. Anyone with anything positive to say must be getting paid to say it bc there isn’t one good thing about PHG.

This is the best programme i have found, ideal for newbies, as everything is automated. and you get assurance on the add packs and memberships, which allows you to scale at your own pace, as you know how fast you will be growing.

I've only been with the company since December. However, the owners of the company have been over backwards to help us and with the launch of 4.5 happening this weekend I don't see anything but this exploding and making everybody a ton of money. Their help building teams in five different streams of income soon to be 7 and allow me to promote two of my own businesses this is a total game changer.
