I was skeptical because I read some…

I was skeptical because I read some negative reviews here but after working with Prospi team for 3 months I understand why.

They set up your first campaign, but YOU have to maintain future campaigns. That's what they offer and that's why it's so cheap compared to cold email agencies.

We generated decent results in the first month, but after some a/b testing results got much better and we're on 2.2x roi at the moment.

Do not give them your money. Absolutely terrible and a waste of both my time and money.

I gave these guys $1000 for three months of their services after they guaranteed and verbally said "10-15 booked appointments a month, no problem". Over the course of the three months they couldn't even get me ONE booked appointment from the thousands of emails they sent out, let alone, not even one positive reply. I also was following up with them weekly and their respond rate is absolutely terrible and they take days to get back to you. After three months of their service getting literally nothing out of it and no results what so ever, I said I want a refund on my services. They ended up ghosting me, ignoring my messages, and I never got a refund. I see that they try to respond to all the negative reviews they get to try and cover their ass so potential future customers don't shy away. These guys are fake, they don't bring the results they say they will, and they don't honor their offer. Don't give them your money, not worth it.

If you’re reading this LISTEN CAREFULLY before you end up robbed they’re thieves … all the positive reviews on here are FAKE some of the positive reviews are their current employees (names I recognize from working with them) and some are fake accounts. All the reviews on thier website are fake

All the negative reviews on here are 1000% true because we all had the same experience they took my money (thousands of dollars) and ghosted me till this day my account sits empty (if i could share screenshots on here i would) after weeks of my account sitting there empty and completely untouched I pleaded with them to please do something with my account they sent 1 email for 1 day and that was it.

They ghosted me. And Because they’re based out of the country you can not file a lawsuit i guess that’s their strategy and that’s how they keep getting away with it … if you have a single brain cell you would listen to the negative reviews before you get robbed too..

And lastly this is for the company and team don’t bother giving me a some BS positive response on here to save your image while privately ghosting me for months I see through the bs. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND

They guaranteed me results even though…

They guaranteed me results even though I specified everything from the outset. The result? No one follows up with you, they make you fill out an absurd questionnaire that they don't even read, and emails are sent to random people. What's more, they didn't even refund me. Stay away from these people.

I strongly advise against using them.

We had a very bad experience. We bought their service for the Italian market and their sales rep made lots of promises that were never honored. Zero support, badly written and clearly fake emails, and when it comes to refunds there is simply no one really handling them. They claim “the refund has been processed” but it’s not true.

The service is extremely expensive and absolutely not worth the price: they are unprofessional, and even their databases have very little value. Their only goal seems to be to close the sale and then disappear. I strongly advise against using them.

I’ve been doing cold outreach for years…

I’ve been doing cold outreach for years and have used a bunch of tools on the market. Prospi is by far the worst, most unreliable, most chaotic platform I’ve ever experienced. Nothing worked as advertised. Support is almost nonexistent, and they never took responsibility for any technical failure (which was basically every day, a couple of times a day!).
I lost weeks trying to get this tool to work; weeks I could have spent actually running campaigns. Instead, I fought with a system that feels like a beta product pretending to be production-ready.
Getting our refund back was also one very unpleasant experience, it took weeks as well.
If you rely on cold outreach for your business, don’t even think about using Prospi.
It will waste your time, your money, and your sanity.

The technical issues you encountered were part of a global problem affecting Google email accounts, Google suspended a large number of accounts across all outreach platforms worldwide during this period. This wasn't unique to our platform. In fact, we were one of the fastest to resolve it and offered to replace all affected accounts at our own cost.

Our team also created several email copy variations for you, though you preferred to use your own based on your years of experience. We respected that decision. That said, it's worth noting that experienced cold emailers who are seeing strong results typically don't go looking for new tools, we understand you came to us hoping to improve your outcomes.

When it became clear the partnership wasn't the right fit, we issued a full refund.

We're sorry the timing of the industry wide issue overlapped with your time on our platform. We wish you success with your future outreach efforts!

I signed up for their (very expensive)…

I signed up for their (very expensive) subscription with the promise that I would be looked after by a team of specialists, and that I would even be assigned an email manager. The result? Wrong target, random emails, no results, and no assistance. They still haven't refunded me, even though they said they would. Be very careful, because the service they offer is very expensive and, in my opinion, not worth the investment.

You received a 50% discount to try our tool, and our team developed several email copy variations for your campaigns. When you requested Italian language emails, we asked for your help with translation since that's outside our core offering and unfortunately, we weren't able to move forward on that.

As for the refund: it was processed in full through Stripe, and we sent confirmation. However, there was a request for an additional direct bank transfer on top of the Stripe refund, which would have resulted in a double refund. We declined this and proceeded with the standard refund process through the original payment method. After we declined this request and proceeded with the standard refund, this review followed.
