Standard run-of-the-mill DME supplier

Standard run-of-the-mill DME supplier, they're happy to help you as long as you fit their perfect patient boxes, but incapable of accommodating patients who have uncommon challenges. These folks are just as bad as any other supplier, don't choose this company if you're expecting exceptional service. They will go "above and beyond" only so far as your insurance will pay for it, so don't do what I did and confuse what I thought was good customer service with what was just the most profitable decision in the moment.
