If I could give 0 stars I would. Casey falsely informed of my tax refunds, became incredibly difficult to get in touch with, and now I’m being faced with a £3,000+ fine from HMRC. Please do not use this company. And before they try and say “we have no records of you so this is false”, I have receipts/ emails. It’s really sad how they prey on those who aren’t as clued up as others and if I’d have known the outcome, I would never have done this for an extra £1,000 in my bank. They take a huge chunk and fail to inform you of the consequences.
