Absolutely terrible experience, garbage packaging, and zero customer care.

I ordered a Qbrick System One 350 Expert from protechshop.bg, and after waiting 3 weeks for the delivery, the experience turned out to be very upsetting.

Terrible Packaging

They shipped a heavy-duty toolbox by just wrapping it in a flimsy, thin cardboard box. Naturally, because of this completely inadequate packaging, the transparent PC top lid arrived broken.

Horrible Customer Support

I contacted their support team to offer a logical and cheap solution: just send me a replacement lid. It costs pennies, and it would save them the expensive shipping costs of sending a massive toolbox back and forth, while saving me from waiting an eternity again.

Instead of a professional response, a staff member rudely replied demanding photos of the damage. After I sent the pictures, I just received a lazy, copy-pasted email telling me to file a formal complaint and ship the whole massive box back. There is an absolute zero willingness to find a practical approach, help the customer, or resolve problems competently.

Shady Website & Pathetic "Gifts"

It also makes perfect sense now why there are no product reviews allowed on their website: they don't want customers exposing their horrible service directly on their pages. And as a funny side note: their "special gift" for orders over €50 was a pair of cheap work gloves worth about half a euro. Gee, thanks.

Conclusion

To summarize: 3 weeks of waiting, garbage packaging, broken items, and totally incompetent support. 1/10. I will never buy anything from them ever again, and I will be actively advising all my friends and colleagues to stay far away from this store.
