Excellent customer service and value for money
The warranty was explained to me both online and on the phone.
The customer service people were polite, friendly and not pushy at all.
They explained the offering and emailed me the info so I could make an informed decision. On the face of things this policy is great value and offers peace of mind.
Of course the proof is in the pudding, I hope any future claim experience will be as good as my signing up experience. I will review again.

I spoke to both Andrew and Dylan. I was very disappointed to hear from Andrew that a considerable repair bill, for work done on 19/06/2023, at a recognised Ford Dealer Garage (Allen Ford, Kettering), involving the O/S/R ABS Sensor was not covered, purely because I had forgotten that my Warranty was for 2 years, not just one ( In other words, i had forgotten I was still covered and therfore, did not check with Protect4Sure before I got the work done). I actually think this is a very unfair part of your policy.
However, I still gave you 4 stars because both Andrew and Dylan were pleasant and helpful. I think Andrew is still in learning phase and that's fine. Dylan is competent and professional and I got my cover updated properly with his help.

The warranty was by far most cost effective
The warranty was by far the cheapest on money supermarket with the same cover as other policies. It is set out very clear the cover and easy steps to obtain.

My car has been in the garage for over 5 weeks awaiting to have a repair approved. I have written 3 emails, made numerous phone calls and sent a recorded delivery letter to their MD. Still no response. I took out the Elite policy which was sold as the top and most comprehensive option. My experience has been very poor and I would not recommend this company. I am now taking legal advice as I need my car to be repaired.

Having reviewed your policy details, we can see that you logged a formal complaint on 11th April with our claims administrator, AutoProtect.
It was established that the claim resolution was delayed as the repairing garage had not been able to submit an exact cause of failure. This is needed to adjudicate the claim, and was still outstanding at the time of the claim’s administrators formal response to you, which was issued on 17th April.
In addition, the claims administrator advised that, as you did not receive a response to the emails you sent to them, but AutoProtect did act in accordance with your terms and conditions, they partially upheld your complaint.
