We have been using this system for a year or two now always found it very straightforward. Renewal, I was asked to write a short review so thought I would let people know it is a good system. Especially if you don’t know about the health and safety world.

Scammed our bank card on the first day of £39 + £39 despite a free trial for 15 days, then rang up threatening us and being abusive on the phone once we reported it as FRAUD to our bank.
AVOID this company, and do not enter your bank card details; you will get ripped off!
Mediocre website with sub standard documents. When trying to cancel, the system wanted me to change my password, so I tried. The reset didn't come through to my emails so I contact the support chat to ask for help.
The reply from Mark Hall at Protecting was disgraceful. It read:
"Ugh I mean come on are you serious? If you need to its very easy."
Nothing else.
I suggest people avoid like the plague.
