I'll tell you what went wrong with this outfit. I have had nothing but trouble since they took over from the previous service company. Missed appointments many excuses from the telephone representatives, difficulty in contacting them. Seems now that nobody answers the phone. I received a letter stating that from 7th February a company named ADT are taking over the existing service contracts. Good riddance, without doubt the worst outfit I have ever had the misfortune to deal with
Don’t buy a contract - not worth it.
Terrible customer service. Keeps on changing management or system. Unable to locate my records. I was provided with an engineers code during their previous management telephoned recently and was advised ‘oh you are mistaken, we would never give out an engineers code’. Please refer to your notes before talking. Oh yes you can’t look at your notes you’ve changed your system. Pathetic company.
Happy enough
It took me a while to get through but thoroughly impressed. Fault was resolved within 6 minutes. Thank you to Jess and faith restored. Good company once you’re able to speak with the team.
Alarm Upgrade
Just had our alarm upgraded by Robert. Work was done very efficiently, and within estimated time. He took time to explain workings of alarm and tidied up afterwards. All in All, very satisfied.

I had the engineer here today to service the alarm system due to the company taking £31.00 out of our bank account I will no longer deal with company again.
I had complained months ago regarding the money that was being taken from our bank account as it should only be £19.00 per month they said they would give me 3 months free to compensate what happened this month November they have taken another £31.00 out of our bank account that’s after filling in new bank mandates people just don’t listen or care we are oap and every penny has to be accounted for.

IVO arrived at my home late at night as I needed my alarm repaired urgently. 3 times engineers have been here in the last month to no avail. IVO worked until midnight from 11pm as it took him an hours drive to get here. He was genius and so professional and nice. A pleasure to see how knowledgeable he is. Fixed the problem and I can go out happily knowing that my alarm is working. Thank you IVO you are a genius!!!!!

Cancelled my service visit for second…
Cancelled my service visit for second time despite it being booked many weeks ago (TWICE)
Was even told dont call us we we will call you when we can do it.
Did not even have a service visit 6 months ago which was missed all together.
Hard to get though on phone and you wait ages waiting for someone to pick up
This company seemed grossly under staffed and i am looking for a more reliable Business after numerous complaints

Absolutely dreadful experience with this firm over many years:
-direct debit payments went out of my account without the company fulfilling its side of the bargain (annual service of the alarm system).
-massive waiting times for the calling centre
- when you finally get through to an agent, they are not commercial.

Alarm System Upgrade…
We recently had our alarm system upgraded by Robert. The upgrade was quite complex but Robert carried out the work efficiently. He was a pleasure to have in the house and was very good at explaining the new system to us. A very tidy professional.
Good communications and follow up
Engineer arrived at agreed time, good communication concerning the job, clean and efficient worker, explained the new alarm system before leaving property many thanks Robert. Also Jessica great communications and follow up telephone call, both of you made the installation straight forward.

My call was answered promptly and Jessical was very helpful, polite and efficient. Subsequent phone call was answered by Chris and he too was very helpful, polite and efficient. Great customer service, thank you.
Very long wait times to get through to call centre
I have spent the last 3 days trying to get through to someone at the call centre as we have an issue with our alarm but have not managed it as yet!!!!
Waited 30 minutes yesterday and then got cut off.
Not acceptable you need to sort this ASAP otherwise I will be looking for an alternative provider.

Jessica called me quite quickly after I sent an email explaining the problems I have experienced. The lady was extremely helpful. Hopefully the issue I had are now resolved. Also she kindly arranged a holiday of monthly payments to compensate the lack of services

This company appear to have taking money off my elderly parents for years without providing any service. I discovered that the alarm system had not worked for years. I contacted “protect my property” and have requested a refund. They offered us four months. In fact it should be at least four years! They can not tell me when they last visited. I have contacted them for a sensible conclusion. Please check your elderly relatives have not been dealing with this outfit also.

Installation of upgraded alarm system
Installation of upgraded alarm system. Installation went smoothly with one exception, personal key fob not correctly programmed, engineer to return at a later date with correct program. Otherwise engineer very professional and courteous.
Alarm fault - Speak to someone who cares!
Following several frustrating calls to the centre, eventually got Jessica who solved my technical issues promptly. Not sure why this could not have happened sooner. Knowledgeable, polite and able to talk me through issues and fixes.
