If I could give ADT zero stars I would. This company is horrible. They don’t work with the customer in any aspect and they’re rude as hell. All they care about is getting your money and trapping you into a contract that’s impossible to get out of unless you want to pay over $1000 to get out if it. Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you that they don’t take calls!! DO NOT get ADT unless you wanna be trapped and waste your money and deal with a company that doesn’t care one bit about you!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Not at all as stated by salesperson or technician even after explaining exactly what I wanted. Cancelled service within stated grace period to get refund but still never heard back from anyone as CS person informed me over phone (surprise surprise) Don't know how this will end up but very disappointed, worst of all i had cancelled my previous service that had been totally honest with me and excellent customer service for last 7+ years!

Speedy and timely installation. A bit short on required info.

I love ADT services but when making an appointment for start up. They need to let the customer know that they will have paid additional amount the day of the installation. Like the 1st and 2nd months fee's. They already request you to pay an installation fee. So if you $99 installation fee you also need to be prepared to pay 1st and 2nd month monitoring fee within 24 hours not 73 hours. They would have gotten 5 Stars if they would Express start up fee's.

It started out good until what is was to sell. I couldn't afford living on a budget. After that he was very nasty. Ignore questions. I was asking very bad customer service. The installer

I would have loved to have the option of a Battery Operated Door Bell Camera instead of just the hard wired version.

Sales Manager offered me a price that could not be honored at install, and misled me in terms of what equipment would be covered by their promotional equipment credit. Installer then lied to me when price could not be honored due to connectivity issues inside the home, in telling me that it was no problem and could be easily corrected (and price adjusted) if the cable service provider just ran a coax cable to the adt box when installing internet for the tenant; no service needed, just a physical wire (would access service through ADT...false). Then when cable service provider was there, we called the tech as instructed to explain what was needed, but now he said I needed a phone cable and permanent phone service to the adt box, completely contradicting his previous statements (but at this time I’ve already signed the contract and now am stuck with a rate nearly double what I was promised)! Shady, shady sales/business practice. I will be filing a formal complaint with ATD in a moment, and then terminating my service at the earliest possible time.

Not the service they use to be. Disappointing

I have had my share of weird circumstances since the install of my security system. Both Anthony and Rob have taken excellent care of me. I feel at ease with my choice of security systems. They have been very polite and professional with my total service since the original install. Great service and two thumbs up.

ADT Alarm has high monthly bill,please make it affordable.

Good security but not informative about how you get the 100.00 Visa card.

The man who came out to install the system (I believe his name was Conner) was rude and argued with me about what systems I wanted. He refused to connect the pre-existing systems that were there from the seller I bought the house from even after I told him the people on the phone had said that could be done. His response was, "They aren't here, I am". He made multiple mistakes on the invoice and only fixed mistakes after I said I was not willing to use ADT anymore. He refused to fix the online contract which was charging me $550 more than the program I wanted, and when I said I would not sign anything & I was going to cancel the install he finally did it by hand on paper. When I got the first bill it was completely wrong and they were charging me more than DOUBLE the amount I was supposed to be paying. on May 21 I talked to Corey on the phone and he was extremely professional and helpful. Corey worked with me to try to fix the mistakes the installer had made on the billing and sent the problem to another department to get the automatic payment adjusted since it was double what it should have been. He also arranged for me to get the Visa card I was promised (Conner refused to do that, he said it was up to me to try to arrange to get the Visa card. Corey arranged it in minutes.) So the installer was very, very bad, but Corey in the phone support office was very professional and helpful.

Installation was quick and thorough. The representative arrived on time, was extremely professional and efficient. He explained the system very well and did a great job with the installation.

Highly recommend using ADT and their team members for your safety and protection needs for your home.

Love the security I feel with my new alarm system!! Very easy to operate!!

This entire experience has been disheartening. I am trusting my safety with a company that cannot spell my name correctly and has not updated the system with the correct name. Nothing about this experience has been clearly explained.

I was told you do not do wire installations. I called while the house was underconstuction . It was my preference to wire and your installer said we dont do that anymore. Now there are ugly devices everywhere.

also you have fraudulent advertising as to the rates and what is part of the install.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions.

I wish I would of never got ADT! Customer service is rude I had called with a problem because I was charged 89.99 after having security system for two weeks and didn’t have a bill due till a month later and tried to get it resolved and had a lady named Elise hang up on me and then I called back and she hung up on me again after hearing it was me calling. Never have I ever dealt with such rude customer service and yet my problem still isn’t resolved. They took money out of my account without a bill due and I had already paid installation. Be careful with them if you have money missing out of your account it’s more likely from them! I would never refer them to anyone!!! Not to mention when they came and set up the system they put a hole in my wall.

Installer was completely inexperienced, & what was supposed to take 2-3 hours, took 13 hours for a pretty simple security system. The installer put two sensors into the wrong windows, then forgot to add them back, so I am missing two. I was mischarged for items, and they tried to overcharge me, after the installer came out, so they stuck me with a large additional charge, after telling me everything would be free, with a current promotion. Now I have to go through a 2nd installer coming out to fix all the issues. Buyer beware!!!!! This was a total nightmare!
