Brilliant company to deal with, from the phone call reporting the issue, to the issue been fixed was smooth sailing! Not only did Andrew fix our packing machine, he gave us a well detailed explanation of how the machine should be used. His attention to detail was second to none! But as small as this might be to some, the best part was Andrew showing our team how to pack correctly using the paper machine (something you think you are doing right). This is massive to us in the long run, saving us money on damages and returns, in hind sight keeping our customers happy! So thanks again!
