The on line booking process was very easy. The car was delivered to our hotel on time and the Protos representative was friendly and efficient. The car was very nice and I had no problems with it, and again the process of returning the car was quick and straightforward. This was the second time I had hired a car from Protos and I will certainly use them again.

Had a smooth and stress-free experience with Protos. The booking process was simple, the car was well-maintained, and pick-up/drop-off were quick and easy. The team was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely rent from them again when in Crete! Free bottle of water upon arrival would be a nice addition since it's very hot when you arrive in Crete.

I was very satisfied with the car rental service. I appreciate that despite my last-minute reservation, they provided me with a high-quality car that I was very happy with. I have been renting cars on the Greek islands for 8 years, and this was a car that I really had no fear of driving. Although my hotel was outside the location offered on the website, they brought it to my hotel for the same price after prior arrangement. Everything the company presents on the website is valid, including the price, type of insurance, and there were no hidden fees, as is sometimes the case. I wish your company and you personally all the best and thank you once again for your services.
