When u don't answer your phone they block your account so u have to contact them.
Asked for a withdrawal off my funds but falling on deaf ears.

20/5/21 Update - Protrade customer services fail to respond to complaints email. Denis Alexandrov fails to respond to complaint. Phil Rose knowingly and with intent withdrew my fathers funds from Binance to their own platform without consent!

The protrade response below is farcical and merely a smoke screen to avoid direct response. FRADUSTERS! The matter HAS been reported to the police, the regulated banks, Binance. We have copies of all communications between Phil Rose and my father in writing, evidencing the fraud, the continued misconduct of Phil. We’ve further copy of the Binance withdrawal address showing funds stolen to Protrade. The protrade platform confirms a ‘savings’ account with funds on account yet all requests to this have been utterly ignored. YOU ARE FRAUDSTERS!

Phil groomed my father, a retired man, out of EVERY penny he has. He befriended my dad, got him to provide him with computer access via shared screen, manipulated him into taking £50,000 loans, passing the money straight to them, and stole all my dads money placed into Binance!

They have stolen £138,000 from my dad!

Customer support have no answer to emails or phone calls. Denis ignores all complaints after initially claiming confusion, Phil belittles my fathers requests for money

Absolutely disguising behaviour! Not only have these vile, manipulative, conniving men taken every penny he has; he is now in financial deficits due to the loans he cannot afford to repay!

19/5/21 - Protrade, you have been contacted repeatedly (customer services, Denis, Max and Phil have all been contacted. Yet you fail to reply to complaint nor have refunded monies. His user ID603cdab85fbd228551f14ad
. We are looking for immediate refund and will report to the police for fraud!

I have been a trader since 6 years and buying and selling of shares is an every day activity. Protrade has given me an edge over others because it gives accurate data and complete market coverage at my fingertips. I've enrolled my son into trading too. We have opened a gold account and the benefits are pretty good, really enjoy trading at this platform.

Don't even think about investing with this scam company ,basically an unregulated group of thieves who entice people to invest with them ,they are more than happy to tell you that they will give you the invester a 30-40% return on your money , trust me it will never happen ,you will have no control over any trading account that they open for you ,they will trade without your consent ,and if you ask to withdraw any funds they will run you around the block with excuses ,promising to call you and telling you your funding is safe and secure ,but if you invest you will never see your investment again steer clear of this company is my advise , beware of mr Denis Alexandro a professional con man if ever there was one . Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask whilst robbing you these people don't

Update / i was promised a refund of £250 gbp Thursday 22nd april by mr denis Alexandro yes you guessed it im still waiting

May 2nd 2021 after sending an email to mr Denis Alexandro Friday 30th april requesting a refund of my additional investment of £750 ,i received a phone call from a senior member of the Protrade.fm Management team offering me a total refund of my investment (£750gbp) on the proviso that this review was removed from the Trustpilot website immediately
initially, i contacted my credit card company and asked them to make a chargeback on the grounds that i had been deceived into making an investment with protrade.fm they opened a dispute on my behalf i have since been repaid the £250 ,however following the phone call yesterday with a senior account manager at Protrade.fm who said he would call me back at 5PM yesterday afternoon to go through the process of refunding my additional investment im still awaiting the call ??

Protrade.fm is an UN-Regulated company and as such should be treated with a Red Flag
my advice to anyone ,because of my experience, is to do a lot of research before in investing with ANY cryptocurrency broker which is something i confess to not doing thoroughly , i have no doubt that there are some good and reliable companies out there ,but sadly i found the wrong one !!

4th May 2021 Protrade.fm are now stating that i have received a refund , and as far as they are concerned the case is now closed , Far from it !! the case could be closed when i receive a full refund of my investment which they used without my consent and authority to do so ,

12th May 2021 ,no further response from Protrade.fm regarding my investment with them that they said would be returned so ,there you go its just what i thought would happen and is a further indication of how protrade.fm operates,they take your money and run !!

We can't understand how we've been living without Protrade,I'd be lost without Protrade.
I wish I would have thought of it first.
But I really appreciate all the trading strategies

Well, the site is definitely not a scam. I know, it's hard to believe these brokers and investment companies but Protrade is one of the best and legit trading platforms I know and trust me, I'm an experienced trader. Although I noticed some technical issue like slow webpage loading and pop ads but fortunately, these issues were fixed real quick with the new updates which is super awesome. I hope to continuing trading with them and I look forward to greater achievements in the future.
