I’ve had an amazing experience working with my tutor Marilyn Cambridge throughout my course. Her support has made such a difference she explain things clearly, stay patient even when I’m struggling, and always find a way to make difficult topics feel manageable. What I appreciate most is how genuinely invested she is in my progress. Thanks to her guidance, I feel more confident and capable in my career as a carer. I’m really grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor.

I recently completed my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Protrain Solutions, and I can confidently say the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The course was well structured, clearly delivered and genuinely relevant to my role in adult social care.
My tutor, Jack Day, was outstanding. His teaching style is clear, supportive and highly knowledgeable. He consistently provided timely feedback, broke down complex topics in a way that made sense, and encouraged me to stretch my thinking. Jack created a positive learning environment where I felt confident, valued and motivated to succeed.
I also want to recognise Cole Miller, my practical observer. His professionalism, calm approach and constructive feedback made the observation process smooth and empowering. He helped me reflect on my practice and highlighted strengths I didn’t even realise I had.
Communication from PTS was excellent throughout — clear, timely and always helpful. The course materials were practical and easy to follow, and the whole experience has strengthened my confidence and prepared me for the next step in my career.

I really enjoyed studying this Level 3 Diploma course. It has been a great learning experience for me, and I feel much more confident in my understanding of the subject.

A big part of this is thanks to my teacher, Kelly Jull. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the course. She always took the time to explain concepts clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving on. No matter how challenging something felt, she was always patient and supportive.

Kelly was always willing to help whenever I needed it. Her dedication and encouragement made a huge difference to my learning journey. She created a positive and comfortable environment where I felt confident to ask questions and improve.

I would also like to mention Cole Miller, who was my observer teacher and came to my workplace to observe me. He was fantastic. His approach during the observation made me feel confident rather than nervous, which really helped me perform at my best. I really appreciated his positive attitude and the helpful feedback he gave me.

I studied Level 3 in Early Years Educator with PTS. I was assigned Karen Dallaway as my tutor.She was such a wonderful tutor in terms,being there for me,helping me with my assignments. She was also very dedicated in replying my messages.She was very responsible in taking steps to help me through this course.Words cannot express how awesome is Karen Dallaway.I am very grateful and thankful to God for giving such a tutor to help me complete my course.

I recently completed this online course and had a great experience. The content was clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. The lessons were engaging and helped me understand the topic step by step. I especially liked the practical examples, which made the learning more useful and interesting. Overall, it was a very good course and I would definitely recommend it to others who want to learn more about this subject.

I would certainly recommend this course to anyone wanting to a level 3 in childcare. A huge notice to Stephanie for always being to kind and understanding , she was what really got me through this level 3. She supports all of her students and will always give us positive energy no matter what the situation is.

I have just completed the Level 2 Certificate in Introducing caring for child and young person. The course was excellent and very helpful especially when you have not got a lot of experience with children. I learnt a lot. My assessor Lynne Batchelor was very helpful with giving good feedback on my assessments with guidelines of good reads. A very worthwhile course and I hope to continue with more courses in this area.
