Pleasantly surprised by how fast my order shipped. The LED lamp works great and looks just like the picture. No complaints.

Some of the pictures on this website, used for their ordering & advertisement have been stolen from my daughter’s business Budrow & Co. They are taking her work and advertising as their own. So what you order is not what you will receive from Proud Stitch!

Ordered a dance mom crew neck sweater when it arrived i was very dissatisfied a lot was wrong with the item. I made a complaint and at 1st was not happy with the customer service. After I had sent photos and noticed more issues, I made another complaint and they did everything possible to correct the issue. They offered a free replacement after a few conversations. It was delivered yesterday at no additional cost to me and this time I am very pleased with the final product. I intend to purchase another one for baseball.

The American football night light is a fun little decoration. It’s not super bright, which makes it perfect for the bedroom.

I was SUPER skeptical once I read the reviews about past orders and I got nervous. But I can say that on 3/09 my order was delivered and my aunt was so excited when she opened the box. She loved how beautiful the roses were done and her initial "G" just made it so much more personal. Thanks to the delivery Driver and to those who handcrafted this bouquet.

This company looked legit, all the pictures looked great. I ordered two sweat shirts for two different teams and they looked nothing like the pictures. The sweatshirts are massive in size, not American sizing. The shipping took forever, when I finally got shopping info it was coming from China, so this is not an American sourced company like it appears. They outsource to China. One sweat shirt looks nothing like what I ordered and the other is not placed correctly on the shirt. They only offered a 10% refund on $80+ that I spent. When I pushed the issue further they said they would refund me but I had to ship it back on my own, ups to China is over $300 so that's not going to happen.
Their pictures are not what you get. You get something from a factory in China and it is not the boutique style pictured.

I ordered a Valentine's Day gift for my wife on February 6th. The website stated it would arrive by February 14th. Also, no where on the website did it indicate that the item required assembly. My item arrived on February 21st and came unassembled. In addition, the seller is in China and returning the item would cost more in shipping than the $66.91 I paid for the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!

Shipping was fine and the hoodie was packed well so it didn’t get squished. The colors look exactly like they did on the website.

Order 100 purple roses sent me 50 fuscia with Glitter everywhere. Very unprofessional an customer service was Crap DO NOT ORDER U WILL GET BEAT

This is a scam. Do not order from this place. Very poor service. I paid $175 and i also paid for insurance and im having a hard time to get my momey back. The advertisement is false. And they are people to trick us on Facebook. Find somewhere else to shop. Do not waste your time with the crooks.

I ordered a hat that looked so cute....but the hat that was delivered looked nothing like the pictures advertised.....the numbers are MUCH smaller and it was poor quality...so disappointed

This quarter-zip is both practical and looks good. I really like how clean the embroidery on the chest turned out. A solid piece for my wardrobe.

Worst website I have ever purchased from, it seems like I was scammed, no response when I tried to reach there support. Don’t buy from them

Order flowers as a gift. Flowers wasn’t set up had to do it myself never again will I order from them.

The sweatshirt inside shirt were not as advertised. I do not recommend this company!

I ordered the cutest hat they were advertising! When it arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the photos. I sent them pictures showing what they sent me, at their request and described all that was wrong with it. They offered me a 10% refund. I know the hat came from China and probably cost them three dollars to make. They let me know if I wanted more of a refund I could pay to ship the hat back to china. I don’t want or ask for any money back. I asked them to remake the hat so that I would receive what I ordered and what they are advertising-nope.

I made a mistake on my order and caught it within 7 minutes and they said my order was already created and told me I could buy another one. Very poor customer service.

My order actually got here faster than the estimated date for a custom item, which was a nice surprise! The tracking updates were clear the whole way.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a personalized sign. It cost $100. It showed up in a completely destroyed box. They didn't package it correctly. Inside it was completely scratched. They refused to send a new one or refund me more than 10%. Taking 0 accountability or pride in their products. Not to mention it to weeks to get to me. They don't tell you they're based in China.

This website is a SCAM! This isn’t even their products, it is stolen from other small businesses. Reviews are fake.
