Thanks Provans, great service as always

I have just bought my second van from Pro vans faultless service from start to finish friendly hassle free buying

I purchased a van in February and all was great then after 3 month the van went into limp mode, I phoned up and got the van booked in for repair under the 6 month warranty. I was told it just needed a service ? Despite coming fully serviced anyway all was fine until just out of the warranty when the exact same fault showed up, took it to my trusted local garage who I’ve used for many years on my car and my family’s cars, too be told the DPF is completely blocked solid, had to replace it at a great cost my self, I’ve spoke to provans and they basically saying cause I don’t have a photo of it, it must be the mechanic basically lying to get more work of me, I’m absolutely fuming with there response

We purchased a vw crafter in September and had the engine light came on after a few weeks we contacted Provans and it was fixed and I had a loan van while they did the work. The van is now running fantastic and we can’t thank Provans enough for their service.
a company that stands by there 6 months warranty which is a refreshing change. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Cannot fault this company . Just bought a van and we are extremely happy with it and the service recieved.

We bought a new work van in August 2023 from Provans Leeds and can't reccomend them enough, the service was excellent and the van is amazing, extensive service history, very clean, well looked after and 1 owner e.c.t. I noticed that the timing belt interval was due soon so had factored these costs into future maintainance and when I collected the van I was very happy to find that they had done this already as part of their vehicle preparations without us even asking, what more can you ask, thats probably around a £900.00 upwards job, fantastic company, would certainly use again, thanks provans

We purchased a VW Crafter from the fleet of ex long hire rentals at Provans. The service and after sales care have been first rate.
After an inspection and test drive we gave a list of items we wanted to be resolved and they did all that was asked within reason.
There was an issue with a part and it took a little longer for the van to be delivered, but communication was good and when the van arrived it was exactly as we had been promised.
There was a minor mechanical issue that needed fixing in the week after and Jenny, Nick and team tried different ways to get somebody to fix it, eventually sending Chris from their Darlington branch to do the work on site.
His work was excellent and he did a very thorough job, ensuring that the problem wouldn't come back.
We're very impressed. You hear nightmare stories about secondhand commercial vehicles, but this has been a brilliant experience.
If we could give them 6 stars, we would.

Great customer service and professional performance by Jenny from start to the end of of our business , we are happy about the quality of the van we purchased from the company as well . hope to see them again

All round great experience. No pushy sales and happy to let me test drive the van I bought. Jenny was really welcoming and kept me updated with the van being serviced before collection.
Having had my previous van stolen I needed to get back on the road asap and ProVans made sure it was a quick turnaround.
I had a dash warning light a few days later and was told to bring it in and have it sorted. (Warning was just a normal age/mileage related issue)

I recently bought a 21 plate Peugeot Boxer Van from them and they couldn't be easier to deal with! Helen was very efficient and great to deal with

great service and value , all was seamless , a RARITY today , will continue to sue when stock required.

Their customer service is second to none as they kept me informed throughout the sale process and were very helpful. The vehicle was also as described and runs smoothly.
