I recieved 2 orders of random silver zombucks. The 10 coins look great. I got 5 unique coins out of the set.

These guys are great. I like the fact that there is no minimum order amount as with most other companies. Their website is easy to use and order from and shipping is quick. I like these guys and you will too.

My first time to buy Silver. I had questions/concerns. My questions were anticipated and the answers already there at my fingertips. So, I ordered. Everything happened as promised. I will buy again from Provident.

I have accounts with 5 online precious metals dealers and I've used all of them but Provident Metals is pretty much my go to dealer for everything unless I'm buying less than the $99 free minimum shipping that they offer whereas then i go to my other Texas friends. Provident has good prices, great quality and fast delivery. I haven't sold to Provident yet but I'm looking forward to the day when my silver gains enough to sell it woohoo high ho silver!! I'll give a review when that time comes.
But get out the calculator and shop around and tally up some prices and I'm sure you'll become a Provident Metals customer.

everything went ok ,my only problem was I paid by credit card where I did not get the cash discount credit card you get approved right away you get your coins around 5 business days to get the cash discount it would take around 10 business days. my question is you get approved right away with the credit card you should get the cash discount

Got a new roll, unopened of kangaroos. Pleased with the packing, especially not using provident metals as their shipping name. It was provident machines. Hell yeah! Gotta love my heavy graphics cards.

Easy to navigate their web page and always on time and accurate with the orders i place. And love the free delivery with orders over $99.

My experience with them is alright. However 1 thing they may want to improve on is differant packaging for certain items. Some rounds comes with a "certificate" that goes with it and sometimes it could bend or maybe get damage while trying to cut open the tight packaging.

Provident's website is slick and transparent. Communication was immediate and the delivery came ahead of schedule. Would definitely use again/recommend to a friend! In fact, I already have!

Sold me underweight and damaged bullion. When I asked to return it for store credit they said I'd have to pay for shipping myself and they would charge me a 10% restocking fee. Isn't selling underweight bullion mail fraud?

I have no ideas where improvement might be delivered, but there is always room for improvement. I suppose one area all precious metal online dealers can improve is signed delivery. For those of us who work during normal delivery hours and have a locked package box that the USPS uses, we have the option of using that in place of a signature.

I ordered a small amount of silver for a birthday present and it was delivered on time and on her birthday! HAPPY
