Never got my package after 1 month and 5-6 emails where they say they will refund me my money, nothing has happened - HORRIBLE SERVICE they never answer emails!

The service is absolutely stunning! Provsvaret really helped to fill my needs. They answer Quick, they deliever Quick and I will always return to buy more :) i strongly recommend provsvaret!

Great customer service, got my test delivered on time. And when I had some questions about how it worked, the support got back to me immediately and solved my problem.

The delivery took three weeks. I don’t know if it was because of Black Friday, Christmas or just slow working Postnord. But when I finally got my product it was perfect, much better quality than I expected for the low price. So I am very satisfied.

I bought a product but never got it. They answered one email after a long time, but haven't answered since. I think the site it a scam or else the service is very very purely.

They promise delivery in for some days, but the one mail they wrote showed that that even If it got my product, it was sent way past the date the site promise you will get it. Doesn't make sense.
But as mention I haven't got my product and you can't get in contact with them.

MY POINT - never ever buy from them!!!

if I could give 0 stars I would have done it. First, the item comes wildly delayed, which means I do not have to use it anymore. Secondly, I will return the item and this can only happen if you contact them. I have written to them several times and they never reply to my emails. I get wildly dissatisfied and write one last mail to them, they answer me the same day with a totally unprofessional answer. I have to send the item back to Sweden and pay for the shipping myself? So I got a delayed item I just threw out? Honestly you should close your company, it's so unprofessional. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS PURE SCAM!

IT'S A SCAM! Don't enter credit card details on this web site. No response when writing and requesting a status on the order in their contact forms on their web site.

I thought the website was a scam, beacuse the websites says a few days delivery. And I got it 2-3 weeks after i ordered. I got the package but way to long delivery. They need to change the promise of a short delivery on the website when they cant do it within a few days. The delivery is only from sweeden to Denmark. It shouldnt take allmost 3 weeks in delivery time.

Don't buy you will loss your mony it is scam website, you will never get your order
