The waist trainers are amazing quality but you might be confused, as they do not reply to emails butt he delivery does eventually come, it just takes a while.

Amazing product. Ordered for my daughter as she had one a few years ago, but now needed a smaller size. Product as good as before. Delivery great. Can not fault this company.

The item has had a facelift and its awful. Its not as well made as the previous one, material feels cheap and small features that were really good have been removed. Truly disappointed as the 1st purchase was fabulous. Wont be buying again from here.

I ordered an item, and they sent me a completely different (and cheaper) one.
I contacted them, they instructed me to send the item back so they could send me the one I ordered. I did it.
The new item was allegedly sent; however, I never received it, and the tracking does show that it was never delivered.
I contacted them again, they said they were going to look into this.
After about one month, I did not receive the item, I did not receive the refund, and I heard nothing; thus, I wrote again.
They promised a refund.
No refund arrived.
I wrote again, and they said they refunded me.
I have not received any refund yet.
I wrote them and heard nothing.
They are not serious!

Do not buy from this company . Service is very poor . To get a refund is very difficult . Use them at your own discretion

Second waist trainer I've brought, good quality

Good quality, sturdy waist trainer, can be a bit uncomfortable after a long day or wearing but does the job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a waist trainer and firstly took more than a week to come and then I decided to return it and had to pay for shipping which cost me around 6£ and they said they’ll deduct another 3£ from my refund even tho I PAID for shipping. That’s not even the main problem it’s been over a MONTH and there’s no refund they keep saying they are checking their warehouse and returns and will process it but didn’t. Luckily I paid with Paypal and will be getting a refund through them. They also was asking me to keep the waist trainer for a partial refund that I did not want. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I normally always check reviews to see if I should order from somewhere new and given all the bad reviews on here and some positive I thought let me try them out. BIG MISTAKE listen to my review and do not order.

The waist trainer is of very low quality, and not as strong as a waist trainer should be.
I am not happy paying that much I felt it was a rip-off.

Said would issue a refund on return of product and after showing tracking of a paid return I have had radio silence! Don’t order from these, I will be taking it to my credit card company and also consumer ombudsman

Aweful aweful experience, unfortunately I read the comments too late, the product I ordered was a poor fit, I requested a refund and they were reluctant to give me one saying would I be willing to keep it and they offer a smaller part refund, which was a stupid idea, I sent the item back to them over 2 months ago and never received a refund, they are thieves and scammers.

Never arrived, waited ages (over 3 weeks, nothing arrived and no messages). Needed it for my wedding, now I am without a good solution and there's no more time. Very bad service. They don't pick up their phone, and I have contacted them countless times.

Waiting for my product and have paid fast track delivery. No response from emails. Very worrying. I don't think anybody should order from here because a lot of reviews say the same thing. I'm very worried I have neen scammed.

I made a purchase PR39449 on April 19 2024 but I still haven't received my item or any response from them or any update from their delivery service. It seems like something is amiss with this company of late as I ordered from them a couple of years ago without any issues. I cannot currently recommend doing business with this company as their radio silence is quite alarming.

I made a purchase (PR39495) on April 24, 2024, but I still haven't received my item. I have reached out to customer service multiple times without any assistance, and my request for a refund has gone unanswered. I do not recommend doing business with this company. My experience has been terrible.
