I am extremely disappointed with this service. They are selling low-quality, spammy, and abusive proxies/IPs. When I reached out to their support team requesting a replacement, they flatly refused. I then requested a refund or withdrawal of my remaining account balance, as I no longer wished to continue using their service — only to be told that making such a request would result in the termination of my account along with all active proxies.

This is completely unacceptable. How can a company penalize a customer simply for asking to retrieve their own money?

Let that sink in. They are essentially holding your money hostage and punishing you for daring to ask for it back. This is not just bad service — this is a scam. Stay far, far away from these people. They do not deserve a single penny of your hard-earned money."

No one should buy a proxy from here proxy cheap. Their fraud score is very high 70+. All their IPs are in the blacklist. They say they are residential IPs. But they are data center. If you ask for refund, they are buffaloes and do not give refunds.

It is painful to even give the 1 star. I wish I could give zero. I purchased ISP proxy only to end up with Datacenter. The customer care are useless and do not answer the questions. This company is a SCAM. Save your money and time by avoiding them. Here is their response:

I only give this 1 stare because there is no less words cannot describe how poor this service is. The experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Instead of providing solutions, their customer support only adds more complications. I encountered a major issue with the IP I purchased and requested a replacement only two hours after starting the service—with a full month still remaining on my subscription. Slow proxies, that some times work and some time dont. the price is fair, however this wasn't the quality I needed for my purposes

The Chinese version of the website contains misleading technical terminology.

It states "Bandwidth 1G", but in networking terms, "bandwidth" refers to speed (Mbps), not data usage. In reality, the plan is limited to 1GB of data, which is completely different.

This incorrect translation is technically inaccurate and highly misleading, especially for non-English users. It directly affected my purchasing decision and caused me to buy the wrong plan.

After contacting support, they refused to provide any solution, citing "used service", and stopped responding when I pointed out the terminology issue.

Be cautious if you rely on localized (non-English) descriptions.

I requested for refund because their proxy didn't work . They said they will refund my funds after 14 but I am yet to receive the refund a month later.

I’ve been using ProxyCheap for quite a while now, mainly for data scraping. Before this, I tried a few other proxy providers, but their speeds were often very slow. With ProxyCheap, the connection speed has been much better and more stable for my work. So far my experience has been very positive, and I’d easily rate their service 5 stars.

WARNING: Proxy-Cheap "Static ISP" is a scam for streaming (Flagged IPs & No Support)

I paid a premium price for a Static Residential ISP SOCKS5 proxy from Proxy-Cheap, specifically to access services that require clean IPs. Here is the reality of their service:

Polluted IP Pool: The IP assigned to me (Comcast) was already heavily flagged. Checking it on ip-api.com reveals the "org" is hardcoded as "Treochoy9" instead of "Comcast Cable Communications". This means their IPs are heavily recycled and instantly detected as a proxy pool by any basic Risk Control system.

Zero Customer Service: When I provided the technical proof that the IP was already polluted BEFORE I even used it, support refused to rotate or replace the IP. They blindly hid behind their "No refund/exchange after data usage" policy, completely ignoring that they delivered a fundamentally broken product.

False Advertising: They sell these as clean residential IPs, but they are just abused datacenter-style pools masking as residential.

Do NOT waste your money here if you need clean IPs for TikTok, Netflix, or any modern platform. You will be assigned a blacklisted IP and they will refuse to help you.

Price is good, speed is not
