A scam

A scam, got charged but my subscription has disappeared and the support don't help me. Impossible to cancel my subscription I had to contact my bank.

To be honest

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using their service my whole perception changed. Everything was delivered on time, and whenever I had a question they responded immediately. This kind of customer support really builds trust. I’ll definitely order again in the future.

Disappointing: slow speeds, hidden fees, clunky UI

Despite the claims, Chee Proxy delivered very poor performance—real-world speeds hovered around ~10 Mbps across multiple tests, making even basic tasks sluggish. Fees were also misleading: the checkout showed a 5% payment fee, but the actual deduction was closer to 15% after all charges. The interface is confusing and time-consuming to navigate, with too many steps just to buy, renew, or fetch IPs. For the price, the value simply isn’t there—I can’t recommend it until speeds, fees, and UX are fixed.

Regarding Fees: We are committed to transparent pricing. All payment methods available at checkout display their applicable fees clearly. These fees are not collected by us but are mandated by the third-party payment processors (e.g., credit card companies, PayPal, etc.). We do not charge any hidden fees. We offer a variety of payment options, with some having fees as low as 1.5%, and we encourage you to select the one that best suits you for future transactions.

Regarding UI/UX: We appreciate your comments on the user interface. We have forwarded your feedback about the navigation and complexity of tasks to our front-end development team for review as we plan future optimizations.

I had a great experience with ProxyLite on March 16, 2025. Their residential proxies worked flawlessly for my needs—fast, reliable, and undetectable. I used them for data collection and browsing with zero issues. The dashboard is user-friendly, and customer support was quick to respond when I had a minor setup question. Static residential proxies aren't fast…

Static residential proxies aren't fast and are overpriced - way better options available by other providers.

No sure about dynamics.
Customer support doesn't care much, will redirect you to FAQ sections and not really help.
No refunds for static res proxies - again other providers all do.
