Terrible service. Constant problems with proxy work. Technical support does not promptly solve the problem, they always write a message that “the technician has already been notified and is solving the problem,” downtime can last from a day or more. They do not refund funds for poor quality services and do not allow you to withdraw the balance. Overall darkness.

I've had a frustrating experience with proxys.io that I feel compelled to share. Initially, my use of their proxy services was satisfactory despite occasional glitches where some proxies wouldn't work, and there was a tolerable level of mismanagement, such as receiving proxies from different ISPs or cities than requested.

However, my recent experiences have been anything but tolerable. Just yesterday, I paid for a proxy order that wasn't activated by noon. The support team's only advice was to wait. Frustrated, I canceled that order and tried placing another for different proxies, only to be met with the same issue—no activation until the evening, and the same unhelpful advice to wait. I had no choice but to cancel again.

Today, I inquired with their support team to ensure everything was resolved and it was safe to place an order. They assured me it was, so I placed another order, only to spend the entire half-day waiting for activation. The support team's response to every issue was a vague promise that the problem was being resolved and to just wait. When I requested the cancellation and refund of my order, they refused, continuously telling me to wait, dragging the issue out for the entire day.

This cycle of poor service, unfulfilled promises, and ineffective support has been deeply disappointing. The lack of timely service delivery and a support team that offers nothing but empty assurances shows a disregard for customer time and trust. I strongly advise against using proxys.io if you value your time and need reliable proxy services.
