I joined the ProxyScrape affiliate…
I joined the ProxyScrape affiliate program and was properly referred to users.
However:
Commissions were not paid as promised.
I contacted them multiple times through various support channels but received no response.
Recently, ProxyScrape has been automatically deducting the entire recorded commission without clear explanation.
This is unethical and unprofessional behavior, directly harming the publisher/affiliate.
I do not recommend anyone join the ProxyScrape affiliate program unless they want to avoid similar risks.

After payment
After payment, I received proxies, but one of them doesn't even work for me (support won't issue you a replacement or help you with anything). If you pay with cryptocurrency and the proxies aren't suitable, you won't get a refund either. The download speed is very slow.

I spent a lot of money last night and…
I spent a lot of money last night and bought a lot of VPSs and spent a lot of time setting up proxies on them, thinking that since they are separate servers I can have higher quality. But Cloudflare blocked them all one by one, while I was completely disappointed. I tried Residential Proxies of ProxyScrape and it really solved my problem. They have good quality and speed. :)

Immature reaction to criticism
80% of their DC proxies are on the same subnet which belongs to a different proxy company. When I pointed this out, their response was to ban me from their discord. I cancelled my account.

Honestly the best shared proxies for the price
Tried a bunch of shared proxy providers over the years, and most either slowed down or got blocked fast. These DC proxies have been surprisingly reliable. Solid speed, pretty clean, and honestly, one of the best rates we could possibly find. Great for light scraping and account tasks. Didn’t expect much at first, but these turned out to be way better than most services we tried out there.

Do not buy!
I've been working with them for a long time, but recently they banned my account senselessly.
They won't give me the service I paid for because of something I didn't do.
Nobody knows their own rules. If they block a site X on their side and you connect to that site, they don't warn you. They take your money and shut down the proxies.
I corresponded with them for 3 days and they ignored my messages.

Do not buy
Do not buy, they are said to be residential but most of them are ISP, speeds were horrible, filters doesn't work properly. Better to go with other service, where you can get real residential IPs for even lesser price.
Also all these 5 star reviews that you are seeing here is due to free proxies that they provide after writing a "review" here.
