Excellent customer service

Like many others I also had a great experience Dan who helped me redeem a gift when the link wasn't working - I ended up using Google Chrome instead of my usual browser. He even followed up to make sure it was resolved afterwards which was a nice touch that I've not seen before. However like many others I had issues with the link not working the first time so maybe that's something to be worked on.

O2 Priority Prize

I won a prize on O2 Priority but initially the emailed link wouldn’t work (2nd time this has happened, so quite frustrating).

I contacted Prsnt and with a few hours I got an email back from Dan who gave me instructions on how to do it through Google Chrome. Worked fine then.

Super speedy resolution

Like others, had an issue with an O2 priority code. Contacted the the support email expecting to wait a couple of days but Dan got back to me super quickly (< 1 hour) to identify the issue and resolve it. Excellent.

I won an M&S treat with O2 Blue Mondays…

I won an M&S treat with O2 Blue Mondays but found it impossible to redeem via the link. I emailed Prsnt for advice and got a response very quickly. Dan was extremely helpful and resolved the issue in a very friendly and efficient manner. Great customer service!

I had a problem with a gift card I got, so I sent an email to them. They got back to me within 12 hours and the 2nd email(after giving info) got back to me within like 5-20 minutes.

Gift never arrived

My mum sent me a gift, it never arrived. We both emailed to query it and chased, and were met with auto replies of ‘we’ve had a large number of orders’ excuses. Chased them from 24th Feb and today, nine days later, (5th March) a refund arrived in my mums bank. We have uninstalled the app unfortunately and will not be using it again!

EDIT:
Prsnt have since resolved it and sent us both a free coffee. Thankyou for a positive outcome.

We're really sorry the experience didn't go as expected that’s never what we want for people using Prsnt.

After looking into this, it appears the gift was sent to a landline number. As Prsnt gifts are delivered instantly by text message, they can only be received on a mobile number. This is noted during the sending process, but we appreciate it’s an easy thing to miss.

Your mum contacted us through the in-app chat and we processed a full refund straight away so she wouldn’t be out of pocket. We also sent an additional gift as a gesture of goodwill as we always want people to have a positive experience with Prsnt.
