I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions.
Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally.
The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great.
I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.
Awful company
Awful company. Will never use them again. Sold my car to a third party trader which meant PSA were given more money than the final settlement figure by the date paid. Called and enquired when I would be refunded the extra money paid. Was told initially that it would be refunded. They had also taken an instalment from my account after the settlement figure was paid. So they owed me more money. It took fifty minutes for them to sort it out, I kept being put on hold for ages only to be told by a very incompetent customer service rep that I would be payed the monthly instalment back within seven to ten days. When asked about the refund for the overpayment from the third trader they said I wouldn't be receiving that because the 'Robot' in the system has closed my account down. I asked to speak to a supervisor and tried to get him to admit they had defrauded me. He said the words 'admin error' and 'accident' but in no way would admit that they weren't going to pay me back the overpaid monies from the third trader settlement. They owe me £408.08 and had said they will only pay £255.98 of it. I can basically sing dixie for the rest of it. Shysters, fraudsters and charlatans! USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
PSA STELLANTIS RUTHLESS
Psa, (stellantis) finance are ruthless. Don't care about your situation. You miss a payment and they cancel your agreement without prior warning then send you letters with different dates on. I Was with this company for nearly 7 years, 2 new cars. Never missed a payment until hours at work dropped. Phoned to make 2 payments and they refused to take the payment. This resulted in me loosing my car! I had 4 payments left on the agreement and my balloon payment at the end. They requested I surrender the car or I could go to court. They have now sent me a letter requesting nearly 5grand as outstanding on my agreement. This is laughable, they have took the car and billed me for that aswell! They will be selling the car at auction so making more money. They are requesting this amount to be paid without me knowing how much they have sold the car for. Disgusting company and Ruthless. I will be seeking legal advice.
Abysmal customer services
In March of this year I took out car insurance with PSA.
on 26/03/23 I received an email from PSA Insurance informing me I was eligible to claim for a free Angel Dash Cam with this policy. I awaited the email enabling me to claim this promised free gift. As this was not forthcoming I contacted PSA, and Stellantis customer services. I was given the telephone number of another company said to be managing this free gift claim on PSA's behalf. Each time I rang it the automated system cut me off. I repeatedly range PSA and Stellantis customer services to inform them off this. On one occasion the cutomer service rep 'phoned the sister company managing the free gift claim, confirming the automated system cut him off.
I subsequently emailed Stellantis' CEO. The email was bounced back tome. I then emailed Citroen's CEO. I did get a response, albeit to signpost me back to Stellantis.
I 'phoned Stellantis customer services on 26.05.23. I spoke to a customer service rep. She promised to phone me back on 26.05.23. She did this, however, did not leave a phone number. The number displayed on my mobile call log was simply an automated message confirming her previous call. nothing else.
I have today telephoned Stellantis customer services. the customer services rep I spoke to said there are no notes on Stellantis' system re: my phone conversation on 26.05.23. I gave him the name of the person I spoke to on 26.05.23. He informed me no-one with that name works at Stellantis customer services.
Having banged my head against a brick wall so to speak for the past 2 months, albeit to no avail as I have been prevented by the shambles I have faced from claiming the said free gift, I am now ablout to lodge a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). I have no alternative.
Disgusting company
Our lease agreement came to an end. PSA have tried to imply we haven't adhered to our agreement and tried to charge us a fee. When we asked them to prove that we our this charge, they sent out all our paperwork, paperwork that proved no money was owed. When we tried to go back and explain / challenge we were told our case is closed, the money is owed and go to the FOS if we dispute this. We have gone to the FOS but in the mean time the supposed outstanding balance has been sent to debt collectors. Disgusting.

This should be a zero star review but it won't allow me to post it as such.
I had the most awful experience with PSA Finance and Free To Move Lease after leasing a car with them from 2016-2018 - yes it was that long ago and I still had to call them today regarding a letter with false information.
They are absolute cowboys. When it was time for my car to picked up at the end of the lease their third party car collection service (Mannheim) were not given my correct address to I was given a penalty of £100. On top of this I was charged for near non-existent scratches and "damages" to the car.
I went to Citizens Advice and then to the Financial Ombudsman who were able to bring down the final amount I had to pay them.
After finally paying them last year I was still receiving letters this year to say I had an outstanding balance because they are completely inept at their jobs.
DO NOT LEASE OR BUY WITH THIS COMPANY.
You will regret it.

Abysmal customer service, absolutely shocking. First person I spoke to made no attempt to help me and said all he could do was log a complaint and someone would be in touch. I then get a voicemail from a second person to resolve my complaint saying nothing they can do and to call the dealership where I got the car. This was despite me telling them the dealership never reopened after Covid lockdown. No letter, email or information on next steps for the complaint if I wasn't happy with the outcome. I work in customer service and would be ashamed if this was the level of service me or any of my team provided. Disgusting.

The biggest bunch of gangsters I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their website is utterly appalling, their staff are smug and on the whole utterly woeful. Make sure you have an extra £1000 or more in your bank account to be able to pay them for a car you’ve had for four years that doesn’t have a blemish on it and is 8000 miles under the agreed mileage but their gangster inspectors find multiple issues with. Funny though as these charges only seem to apply when you don’t extend your agreement. When I handed back my previous car for another one I had, no such issues or charges applied. Mmmmmm I wonder why? Could it be I was ending my agreement with them???? One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. In the end paying the £1250 was worth it so I never have to speak to, receive a letter from or hear the name PSA finance a subsidiary of we will rip you off LTD again.

This company did not set a direct debit up which was to start in December 2022. Good job I kept my eyes open. Rang them up several times it's not a free number was on the phone ages. Sorted my payment out. They said I would be blacklisted ? But they would make sure they removed it after six weeks ?? why when it's your fault for not setting up direct debit . It's now January 2023 and you still have not set a direct debit up ? Are you doing this on purpose so you can charge late fees and black list people ???

Awful service - do not use this company, does not reward loyalty and does not care for customers. Had a Peugeot partner insured with them for 7 years. First time we have hit financial difficulty due to supporting our own company and insurance cancelled. Spoke to partner for duration of insurance but as soon as cancelled partner cannot request no claims bonus?? Brilliant way to support your customers, this financial climate will see your companies demise due to the way you treat loyal customers, no loyalty will ever be shown to your company… look at the reviews … not the only one am I, I think they make the rules as they go. Needs heavier monitoring.

We won’t be using these again. We leased a company car through them for 4 years. Never missed a payment it was absolutely mint condition handing it back to them. We spent £270 On a professional valet even though we had never eaten, drank Or had pets , We are a non smoking/vaping family too. It had been recently MOT’d and passed. Serviced 2 times. The inspectors came and were very abrupt and ages taking photos. The car then had to wait a further 2 weeks to be collected! Because of a covid back log!! It was immaculate. Then the final bill came!!!!! We thought if anything maybe £100 for little bits ?? Over £900!!!!!! They had penalised us for 4 new tyres???!!! A paint job that was carried out by a reputable lifetime guarantee garage (after A non fault of ours accident) and other bits. We strongly contested it and the garage where repair was done Got involved and helped us too. How did you drive car off of tyres were illegal!? Etc. We finally got bill down to £600 and had to pay as they threatened debt collectors!!!!!! We were totally amazed that they can operate like charlatans. They even said we weren’t allowed to pay on a credit card!! Well we said it’s that or nothing. Just to close the case. Then they had the cheek to ask when we called to pay”can we afford payment” I said “not really but you’ve threatened us with bailiffs!” The girl was so young - she said “oh ok”, this company should be investigated as my husband and I are up to date with all
Our bills etc and this was just unacceptable. We handed the car back almost like new. If there was zero I would give that.
