Broken bracelet, costumer service doesn’t want to do anything about it
My bracelet came broken and because of that I lost it. We contacted the costumer service and they don’t want to do anything about it.
I really liked the bracelet because I got it for a special occasion and that’s why I give this a 1 star.

Hoi Brit, wat jammer om te horen dat u uw armband bent kwijtgeraakt dat is natuurlijk erg vervelend.
We willen wel even verduidelijken dat verlies van een product buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid valt. We begrijpen dat het frustrerend is, maar net zoals bij elk ander persoonlijk item,kunnen wij geen vervanging bieden als iets na ontvangst verloren raakt.
We vinden het jammer dat onze winkel hier een slechte beoordeling voor krijgt, terwijl dit buiten onze invloed ligt. We hopen dat u dat begrijpt. Team PScallme
